WG-Zimmer in Berlin gesucht

Hello I’m Andrzej.

I’m 40 years old and starting from December I’m moving to Berlin to start my new job as at the history research centre. I’m a historian and curator and the last almost 15 years I spent managing different exhibition and documentation projects in Polish and German museums.

Me and WG
I’ve lived already 3 years in the WG during my stay in the university town of Greifswald. I’m opened and always eager to help with anything. My door are mostly open and I’m happy to do something together or have an interesting chat. Of course I understand your privacy so no worries about too much activities. I do not have much expectations – small or bigger WGs are OK for me. I need only some space for my working place and my stuff. Both rooms with furniture or without will be all right for me. The same with pets – I love animals and they are of course welcome. Tidiness is a high value form me so you may expect this above all.

Additional
My plan for the next 3 years is to stay in Berlin. But if you have a room for a shorter period of time please let me know. I do not need to stay in one place for the whole time – I like to discover new places but on the other hand I am quite stable person and I hope for some luck.
Important issue – I’m not going to stay in the apartment the whole week – I mean there will be some days when I’m not in the city. It may give you some more privacy. The reason for this is that I have an apartment in Gdansk, Poland and I’ll commute between two cities. Another advantage is that you are very welcome in my place on the Baltic coast whenever you want (I recommend summer but any season is beautiful here).

Ich bin 40 Jahre alt und ich ziehe im Dezember nach Berlin, um eine neue Stelle in einem historischen Forschungszentrum anzutreten. Ich bin Historiker und Kurator. In den letzten fast 15 Jahren habe ich verschiedene Ausstellungs- und Dokumentationsprojekte in polnischen und deutschen Museen geleitet.

Ich und WG
Ich habe während meines Aufenthalts in der Universitätsstadt Greifswald bereits 3 Jahre in einer WG gelebt. Ich bin offen und immer bereit, bei allem zu helfen. Meine Tür steht größtenteils offen und ich freue mich, gemeinsam etwas zu unternehmen oder zu reden. Natürlich habe ich Verständnis für Ihre Privatsphäre. Ich habe keine hohen Anforderungen – kleinere oder größere WGs passen zu mir. Ich brauche einfach etwas Platz für meinen Arbeitsplatz und meine Sachen. Sowohl Zimmer mit als auch ohne Möbel werden für mich in Ordnung sein. Das Gleiche gilt für Tiere – ich liebe Tiere und natürlich sind sie willkommen. Ordnung hat für mich einen hohen Stellenwert, also kannst Du das von mir erwarten.

Sonstiges
Mein Plan für die nächsten 3 Jahre ist es, in Berlin zu bleiben. Wenn Du jedoch für einen kürzeren Zeitraum ein Zimmer hast, teil mir dies bitte mit. Ich muss nicht die ganze Zeit an einem Ort bleiben – ich entdecke gerne neue Plätze, bin aber andererseits auch ein recht stabiler Mensch und zähle hier auf ein Bisschen Glück.
Wichtig: Ich werde nicht die ganze Woche in der Wohnung bleiben, das heißt, es wird ein paar Tage geben, an denen ich nicht in der Stadt sein werde. Vielleicht gibt es dir etwas mehr Privatsphäre. Der Grund ist, dass ich eine Wohnung in Danzig habe und zwischen den beiden Städten pendeln werde. Ein zusätzlicher Vorteil ist, dass man bei mir an der Ostsee jederzeit herzlich willkommen ist (ich empfehle den Sommer, aber hier ist jede Jahreszeit schön).
