wir suchen für unsere schöne möbilierte 2 Zimmer Dachgeschosswohnung im Zentrum von Bernburg ab 15.10 ein Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung hat eine kleine Küchenzeile und ist gut geschnitten. Sie besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer und daran angeschlossenen einem Schlafzimmer wie man den Fotos entnehmen kann. Im Bad gibt es einen Waschmachinenanschluss und eine Duschkabine. In der Küche gibt es eine Einbauküche.
Die Grundfläche ist ca.50 m2 aber wegen den Dachschrägen landet man bei ca. 34m2
Studenten, die gerne in einem Haus mit anderen Studierenden wohnen wollen sind herzlich willkommen.
Die Heizung und Warmwasserversorgung ist über die Gasetagenheizung die noch zusätzlich seperat bezahlt werden muss und nicht in den Nebenkosten enthalten ist. Ebenfalls der Stromversorgungsvertrag muss separat abgeschlossen werden. Es gibt einen Garten und eine Terasse, die mitbenutzt werden können.

we are looking for a new tenant for our beautiful furnished 2 room apartment in the center of Bernburg.
The apartment has a small kitchen and is well cut. It consists of a living room and attached to it a bedroom as you can see in the photos. In the bathroom there is a washing machine connection and a shower cabin and toilet. In the kitchen there is a fitted kitchen.
The floor space is about 50 m2 but because of the roof slopes you end up with about 34m2.
Students who would like to live in a house with other students are welcome.
The heating and hot water supply is via the gas floor heating which must be paid separately and is not included in the service charges. Likewise, the electricity supply contract must be concluded separately. There is a garden and a terrace, which can be shared.
