Wir sind Theresa und Jan, sind 23 und 29 Jahre alt. Unsere Mitbewohnerin zieht zum ende Mai aus. Deshalb suchen wir eine Nachfolgerin/Nachfolger. Wir sind eine umgängliche und lockere Wg;-)
Es sind Berufstätige wie auch Studenten o.ä. wilkommen.
Einzugstermin ab 15.06.2014 befristet bis 01.10.2014.
Zum Zimmer zu sagen:
-Schönes Eichenparkett
-Kabelanschluß
-sehr hell durch 2 Fenster
-Möbel können/sollten abgelöst werden, nach Absprache
300€ sind Miete inkl. allem, außer internet (W-lan 6000er DSL und GEZ), das kostet 15€ an mich;-)

Eher ruhig, da wir beide Arbeiten.
Keine Raucher, auch nicht "Draußen-Raucher".
Da haben wir schon schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht.
