Die WG hat helle möblierte Zimmer die mit Bett, Matratze , Schreibtisch, Schreibtischlampe und Schrank ausgestattet sind. Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände sind innerhalb der letzten 24 Monate angeschafft worden. Es sind zwei Duschbäder mit eigener Toilette und einer voll ausgestatteten Wohnküche mit Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen, Kaffeemaschine, ....)
Es sind zwei Bäder vorhanden, welche vor 4 Jahren renoviert wurden. Zudem steht ein großer Kellerraum zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung zur Verfügung.
Unsere WG ist zentral gelegen und die Einrichtungen Krankenhaus, Schulzentrum, Bahnhof, Airbus Helicopters oder Gymnasium sind innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten per Rad erreichbar.

The shared apartment has bright furnished rooms equipped with bed, mattress , desk, desk lamp and wardrobe. All furnishings have been purchased within the last 24 months. There are two shower bathrooms with private toilet and a fully equipped kitchen-living room with seating. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker, ....).
There are two bathrooms, which were renovated 4 years ago. In addition, there is a large basement room for common use.
Our WG is centrally located and the facilities hospital, school center, train station, Airbus Helicopters or high school are within 10-15 minutes by bike.

Wöchentlicher Putzdienst für Gemeinschaftsräume ist in den Nebenkosten inkludiert - Kehrwoche ist damit ade. Da es sich um eine berufstätigen WG handelt steht Feiern nicht an erster Stelle- trotzdem sitzt man gern Zusammen und einmal pro Halbjahr findet ein gemeinsamer Grillabend statt. Unsere Mitbewohner fahren auch gern in die nähere Umgebung zum Baggersee, Wandern oder nutzen das gut ausgebaute Radnetzwerk.

Weekly cleaning service for common rooms is included in the service charges - sweeping week is thus a thing of the past. Since it is a working WG, celebrations are not in the first place - nevertheless, we like to sit together and once per half year there is a joint barbecue. Our flatmates also like to go to the nearby Baggersee, hiking or use the well-developed cycling network.

Unser WG wird zumeist von Zott, Gropper und Airbus Praktikanten genutzt, Sodass Sie sich auf kurzem Weg austauschen können und auch Fahrgemeinschaften bilden können. Auch Gymnasialanwärter kommen bei uns aufgrund der Nähe zum Gymnasium auf ihre Kosten.

The rental contract always runs for at least six months.
Our WG is mostly used by Zott, Gropper and Airbus trainees, so that you can exchange information on a short distance and also form carpools. Also the gymnasium teachers enjoy our WG because of the proximity to the gymnasium.
