Wir suchen zum ab sofort einen Untermieter für einen Zimmer in unsere 2 Zimmer WG Wohnung in der 1st Etage, in Gallus Frankfurt.
Die 51 qm zwei zimmer Wohnung ist sehr hell und komplett modern mobiliert, auch mit einer Einbauküche, Waschmaschine und einem Bad. Ein Zimmer ist bereits an einen sehr netten 24-Jährigen vermietet. Er ist ein Student, und er macht Praktikum. Er kann Deutsch, Englisch und Vietnamesisch sprechen.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Nur weniger Minuten zu fuß zu Gallus S bahn station. Nur 5 Minuten in die Innenstadt und weniger Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Skyline plaza ist nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Die Warmmiete ist 680 Euro pro zimmer , enthält Heizung und Strom kosten.
Kaution ist 1100 pro Zimmer.
Die Mietdauer ist bis Ende März, Verlängerung möglich. Anmeldung auch möglich.

Hello,
We looking for a sub-tenant for a room in our beautiful 2 - bedroom Apartment, in Gallusviertel, Frankfurt am Main starting December , till the End of March 2022, with possibility of extending.
It is on the 1st floor, 51 squared meters, completely modernly furnished, including the kitchen and washing machine.
One room is already rented to a very nice 24 year old guy. He is a student doing an Internship. He can speak German, English and Vietnamese.
The location is great. Gallus S bahn station is only a few minutes walk away. Skyline plaza is 7 minutes walk away. The neighborhood is very nice and safe and there are many kiosk and other supermarkets available nearby.
The net rental is 680 Euro for each room, including the heating and electricity cost ONLY.
For the internet you need to pay 20 Euro more. The deposit is 1100.
