The rooms are located on first floor of the building in the quieter part of Kalbach. The rooms are fully furnished with a bed, cupboard, study table and chair. The flat is equipped with fully functional kitchen, fridge and washing machine. There is a living room and the space will be shared between the two flatmates.
Additionally there is plenty of space in cellar and a garage to park your bikes.
Internet connection is available.
The rent for the 12 sq.meter is 510 (available from March - June)
The rent for 17 sq.meter is 550 (available from April - June)
The U-bahn station is located within 3 minutes of walking distance. Hauptwache (city center) can be reached with 20 minutes via U2 and nordwest zentrum via U9.
The flat will be shared with a female who is currently working with Deutsche bank.
We take the right amount of order, cleanliness and trust for the pleasant, communal use of the apartment as a matter of course and we also expect it.
Speaking of landlord, she stays on the ground floor but is the sweetest person I've come across.
P.s. it's a quiet neighborhood.
