Hallo Zusammen,
aufgrund meiner beruflichen Tätigkeit biete ich meine helle teilmöblierte WG-Zimmer in Freiberg Altstadt zur Miete an. Das Zimmer kann ab dem 01.04.2024 gemietet werden.
Gesamtmiete: 252 Euro pro Monat (inkl. Internet, Strom & Heizung)
Ausstattung:
In der Küche sind ein Backofen, Ceranfeld, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Schränke sowie Küchentisch inkl. Sitzmög-lichkeiten vorhanden. Im Bad befindet sich neben den Sanitäreineinrichtung auch eine Waschmaschine. Die WG verfügt auch über ein Wohnzimmer, wo man sich unterhalten kann.
Schlafbereich können nach eurem Belieben eingerichtet werden und wird möbliert vermietet werden. Im Zimmer sind ein Bett + Nachttisch, Schreibtisch + Stuhl und ein Buchregal. Ein Kleiderschrank ist nicht dabei.

Hello everyone,
Since I am moving out of Freiberg I am offering my bright partly furnished shared flat in Freiberg Altstadt for rent. The room can be rented from 01.04.2024 and so on.
Total rent: 252 Euro per month (which includes: internet, electricity & heating)
About the Flat:
The kitchen has an oven, ceramic hob/cooking plate, dishwasher, fridge, cupboards and a table with seating. In addition to the sanitary facilities, there is also a washing machine in the bathroom. The flat also has a living room where you can socialise with flatmates.
The sleeping area can be organised according to your wishes and will be rented furnished. In the bedroom, there is a bed + bedside table, desk + chair and a bookshelf. A wardrobe is not included.

Lage
Die WG befindet sich direkt am Obermarkt, der Busbahnhof, die Uni sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kaufland, Edeka, DM etc, etc) sind in wenige Gehminuten erreichbar.

Es ist wird eine Kaution von 390 € fällig.
Der Hausmeisterservice übernimmt die Treppenhausreinigung.
