Kleines, gemütliches und preiswertes Zimmer mitten in der Altstadt. Ein Hochbett, ein schmales Regal und ein einfacher Schreibtisch können ohne zusätzliche Kosten übernommen werden. Das Zimmer ist ruhig und das Fenster öffnet Richtung Innenhof. Die Wohnung hat zwei weitere Zimmer, ein Bad mit Wanne und Waschmaschine, sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen großen Balkon zum Innenhof. Im Innenhof stehen Fahrräder auch sehr sicher.

Small but cosy and inexpensive room in the middle of the Old Town. A high sleeper bed, a slim shelf and a simple desk can be taken over for no extra cost. The room is quiet and the window opens to the back. There are two more rooms, a bath with tub and washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and a large balcony. The backyard is good for storing bikes.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße. Kaufland und alle anderen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie die städtische Infrastruktur sind jeweils nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Bahnhof und Campus sind jeweils in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen, mit dem Fahrrad schneller.
Parken ist mit Bewohnerausweis in der Straße und der gesamten Innenstadt möglich.

The house is situated in a quiet street inside the city centre. All shops and amenities are within very short walking distance. Train station and campus are 15 minutes away (on foot, quicker on bike). A resident's parking permit which allows parking in the street and the whole inner city is available.
Anne (studiert Geoökologie) und Lea (ist schon fertig) suchen eine*n freundliche*n, kommunikative*n Mitbewohner*in, aber das versteht sich ja von selbst.
