Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und bietet trotz der Dachschräge genügend Platz für alles Wichtige. Zudem bietet das Bett zusätzlich Stauraum oder die Möglichkeit für weitere Schränke.
Neben dem Bett ist das Zimmer mit einem großen Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch ausgestattet; die gesamte Einrichtung kann kostenlos übernommen werden.
Aufgrund seiner Lage ist es immer sehr ruhig, sodass man bei Bedarf ohne Störungen seiner Arbeit nachgehen kann.
The room is comfortable and offers enough space for the essential furniture. Also there is a lot of space beneath the bed to store things or to install additional cupboards.
Besides the bed the room is already equipped with a big wardrobe, a desk and an office chair; all the furniture can be taken over for free. In addition, there is a Teapoy and a chair to relax.
Because of its location the room is always quiet and offers the possibility to study/work without any disturbance.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Altstadt im Herzen Freibergs unweit der Burgstraße.
Der Busbahnhof ist in Sichtweite und per Fuß in 3 Minuten zu erreichen, zum Bahnhof sind es je nach Tempo 10-15 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kaufland, Edeka) sowie kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.
Der Weg zum Campus sind zu Fuß zwischen 15 und 20 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad sind die Unigebäude bequem in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
The flat is located in the centre of Freiberg, oppossite to the Deutsche post. Deutsche Bank and Sparkasse are nearby and the Commerzbank is in the same building of the flat. You can also find several bakeries nearby.
The central bus station is only 5 minutes away (by foot), the train station is 10-15 minutes away. Grocery stores (Kaufland and Edeka) as well as free parking slots are within 5-7 minutes walking distance.
To the campus area its about 15-20 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by bike.

Entweder in der Küche beim gemeinsamen kochen oder in der bequemen Sitzecke auf dem Dachboden.
Bei schönem Wetter wird auch gerne mal das Freiberger Umland erkundet.
Abgesehen von einem wöchentlichen Putzplan, zu dem jeder Mitbewohner einmal im Monat beitragen muss, genießt du alle Freiheiten.

When the weather is nice, we also like to explore the surrounding area of Freiberg.
Apart from a weekly cleaning schedule, to which each flatmate must contribute once a month, you enjoy all the freedoms.

Zur Wohnung gehört ein Dachboden, der mit Teppich, Sitzmöglichkeiten, Musikanlage und Sportgeräten ausgestattet ist.
Hier kann man sich wunderbar mit Freunden zusammensetzen, entspannen oder sich sportlich betätigen.
Durch den großen Abstand zu den Nachbarswohnungen kann es abends auch mal länger gehen, ohne dass man Angst haben muss, die nächtliche Ruhe zu stören.
Über den Hintereingang des Hauses gelangt man in einen kleinen Innenhof. Entweder dort oder im Keller können Fahrräder abgestellt werden.
A part of the flat is an attic that is equipped with carpets, seating area, stereo and basic sports equipment.
It offers the great possibility to meet with friends, relax or to do some sport.
Since it is located above the flat there is a lot of distance to the neighbours apartements so there is no danger of disturbing night's peace after 10 pm.
A garden is accessable through a back entrance. Either there or in our own cellar compartment you can lock your bike.
