Zur WG gehört eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein eingerichtetes Badezimmer, sowie ein Kellerabteil und Fahrradraum.
I am offering my current shared room for rent starting in April. Perfect for the new semester start! The room is 20 sqm and very bright. It is, like the whole apartment, equipped with laminate. Upon moving in, furniture can be taken over.
The flat-share includes a fully equipped kitchen, a furnished bathroom, as well as a cellar compartment and bicycle storage.

Hauptgebäude der Universität. Es gibt kaum eine zentralere Wohnung in Freiberg. Der Raum selbst ist sehr ruhig und wird auch im Sommer nicht zu heiß. Die nächstgelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind weniger
als 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Die Universität ist in weniger als eine Minute Fußweg. Auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in Freiberg sind in weniger als Minuten entfernt.
The location of the WG is in the heart of Freiberg, directly at the
main building of the university. There is hardly a more central apartment in Freiberg. The room itself is very quiet and does not get too hot even in summer. The nearest shopping facilities are less
than 5 minutes walk away. The university is less than a minute walk away. Public transportation in Freiberg is also less than minutes away.
Zur Zeit wird die WG von Studenten bewohnt. Da aber alle Partein häufig unterwegs sind, wird sie eher als Zweck-WG genutzt. Das WG-Leben ist daher eher ruhig und stressfrei. Auch in der Nachbarschaft leben viele Pärchen und Gewerbstätige. Alles in allem ist es ein ruhiges Haus in einer friedlichen Umgebung.
At the moment the flat share is inhabited by students. However, since all parties are often on the road, it is used more as a purpose WG. The WG life is therefore rather quiet and stress-free. Also in the neighborhood live many couples and professionals. All in all, it is a quiet house in a peaceful environment.
