The WG room is one of 4 WG rooms. Due to the sloping roof, it is 10.65 m², but the floor area itself is approx. 12 m². The window looks towards the inner courtyard. Therefore, it is quiet in the room even with the windows open.
The room is furnished with a chest of drawers, a shelf, a desk, a bed and a mattress.
The apartment was renovated in 2017 and you would be the 3rd person in the shared flat.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms, each with a toilet, sink and mirror. One of these has the shower while the other contains the washing machine. We also have a spacious kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, oven, stovetop and dishwasher, and plenty of storage space.
Das WG-Zimmer ist eines von 4 WG-Zimmern. Es ist aufgrund der Dachschräge 10,65 m² groß, aber die Grundfläche ist ansich ca. 12 m² groß. Durch das Fenster schaut man in Richtung Innenhof. Daher ist es im Zimmer auch bei offenen Fenster ruhig.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einer Kommode, einem Regal, einem Schreibtisch, einem Bett und einer Matratze verfügbar.
Die Wohnung wurde 2017 saniert und du wärst in dem WG-Zimmer der 3. Bezug.
Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Bäder mit jeweils einer Toilette, Waschbecken und Spiegel. Eines davon hat die Dusche, während das andere die Waschmaschine enthält. Wir haben auch eine geräumige Küche mit einem großen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Herd und Geschirrspüler und reichlich Stauraum.
The shared flat is opposite the main building of the university. The university buildings in the city center can be reached within a few minutes on foot. The campus, the canteen or the library can also be reached on foot within 10 to 15 minutes.
The way to shops (Kaufland, Penny) is completed on foot in 10 minutes. Drugstores (Rossmann, DM) are just around the corner. Since the Burgstraße shopping street is only a few meters away, numerous shops, restaurants and fast food outlets are not far away either.
Due to the central location, public transport is also not far away. The nearest bus stop can be reached in 3 minutes. The bus station is around 5 minutes and the train station around 15 minutes away.
Die WG befindet sich gegenüber des Hauptgebäudes der Universität. Die Universitätsgebäude in der Innenstadt sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch den Campus, die Mensa oder die Bibliothek erreicht man zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 bis 15 min.
Der Weg zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten(Kaufland, Penny) ist zu Fuß in 10 min absolviert. Drogerien (Rossmann, DM) sind gleich um die Ecke. Da die Burgstraße als Einkaufsstraße nur wenige Meter entfernt ist, ist auch der Weg zu zahlreichen Geschäften, Restaurants und FastFood-Lokalen ist nicht weit.
Aufgrund der zentralen Lage sind auch die öffentlichen Verkehrmittel nicht weit entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in 3 min erreichbar. Der Busbahnhof liegt ca. 5 min und der Bahnhof ca. 15 min entfernt.
A girl and two boys are currently living in the flat share. They are all studying in advanced semesters at the TU Bergakademie Freiberg. All WG members are very friendly, communicative and helpful. Regardless of whether there are problems with your studies or other difficulties, there is always someone who can help.
Living in a shared apartment is characterized by the fact that we like to cook and eat together. We also like to spend the evening together and play different games or just chat with each other.
In der WG wohnen aktuell ein Mädchen und zwei Jungs. Sie studieren alle in fortgeschrittenen Semestern an der TU Bergakademie Freiberg. Alle WG-Mitglieder sind sehr freundlich, kommunikativ und hilfsbereit. Egal ob es Probleme im Studium oder andere Schwierigkeiten gibt, es findet sich immer jemand, der weiterhelfen kann.
Das WG-Leben zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass wir gern gemeinsam kochen und essen. Auch verbringen wir gern mal den Abend zusammen und spielen verschieden Spiele oder quatschen einfach miteinander.
