In der Miete in. Höhe von 225 € sind alle anfallenden Kosten (Strom,Gas, Heizung, Wasser, etc.) und auch Internet!
Das Zimmer ist im Studentenwohnheim, bei Mensa und Bibliothek.
Zimmer mit unglaubliche Aussicht von 5. Etage;
Voll möbiliert von Studentenwohnheim;
Vertragt direkt mit Studentenwerk, Kaution 300€.
(ENGLISH) - The rent costs 225 with all included (Internet also). Oh, and it has all the furniture you need.
The room is 18 m2, with a beautiful view of the nature around Freiberg, and has a perfect location, where outside is the Library and the Cafeteria for the whole University.
All the arrangements are done directly with the University-Dorms, so the contract is as safer as it can be, don't worry about it.
Freiberg ist nicht groß und viele haben Fahrrad, aber Buses fahren hier in der Straße.
Die WG ist in der Mittel von der Universität, bei Mensa und Bibliothek (1 min zu Fuß max.)
Einkaufsmoglichkeit in der Nähe sind Penny und Aldi (7min und 5min zu Fuß).
Mann kann in Rühe sich entspannen und die Natur ist sehr schöne hier.
(ENGLISH) - Freiberg is not that big of a city, most of the people drive bycicles everywhere, but there are bus-stops just outside.
The apartment is on the middle of the University, at the Dorms, and you can go groceries shopping within 5 min. walk.
It's a very quiet location with beautiful views, you will love it.
Die 2 Männer hier sind Deutsch und kann auch Englisch.
Die WG ist sehr sauber, alles in Ordnung und Rühe.
In den Küchen sind Spüle, Kühlschränke und Kochgelegenheiten vorhanden.
Die Bäder sind mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken ausgestattet.
(ENGLISH) - The 2 guys living here are Germans that can speak English, so no worries, they are very helpful.
We keep everything clean, the kitchen and the Bathroom have all the equipments you need as well.
