I'm looking for a new roommate for a furnished room of 16 m², equipped with a bed, wardrobe, sofa and desk. The room is bright and quiet, with a window to the green inner courtyard.
A separate shower room is at your exclusive disposal. WLAN use is included in the additional costs.

Die großzügige Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock und die Wohnlage ist sehr zentral und gleichzeitig ruhig in der Fürther Altstadt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 3. Etage, nur 1 Minute Fußweg zu U-Bahn-Hst. Rathaus, 7 Minuten zum Stadtpark, 1 Minute mit der U-Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof. Von dort ist man in ca 9 - 17 min in Erlangen, in 6 - 9 Min in Nürnberg.
The apartment is located in the middle of the old town, located centrally and quiet, 3rd floor.
It is just 1 minute walk to the subway station Hst. "Rathaus", 7 minutes to the city park, 1 minute by subway to the main train station. From there you can reach Erlangen in about 9 - 17 minutes and Nuremberg in 6 - 9 minutes.
Ich bin offen für gemeinsame Unternehmungen und koche gerne bei Gelegenheit mal zusammen. Selbstverständlich ist, dass jede/r sich zurückziehen kann.
Rauchen ist nur auf der schönen und großen Dachterasse gestattet.
