Unsere WG sucht zum 01.06 eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in. Das freie Zimmer ist 14 m² groß und hat zwei große Dachfenster, die viel Licht reinlassen. Es ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und somit das ganze Jahr über schön hell. Außen an den Fenstern gibt es Rollläden. Der Raum ist quadratisch geschnitten und lässt sich somit sehr gut einrichten.
Die WG liegt im 2. Stock eines alten Fachwerkhauses mit hohen Räumen. Wir haben eine wirklich große Küche mit Spülmaschine in der ausreichend Platz ist, um gemeinsam zu kochen. Dort steht auch ein kleines Sofa, sodass sich der Raum wirklich bestens für gemütliche Abende eignet und zum Aufenthalt einlädt. Wir haben ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und es gibt in der Wohnung einen weiteren kleinen Raum, in dem ausreichend Stauraum für die ganze WG zur Verfügung steht. Ein Highlight der WG ist der Balkon. Der geht von Henrys Zimmer ab, aber kann von allen Mitbewohner*innen genutzt (und bepflanzt) werden. Vor dem Haus ist genug Platz für Fahrräder und es gehört auch ein eigener PKW-Parkplatz zur WG.

Our flat is looking for a new roommate for the 1st of June. The room is 14 m² in size and has two large skylights that let in plenty of light. It is oriented to the south and bright all year round. Outside the windows there are shutters. The room is square and can therefore be decorated very well.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an old half-timbered house with high rooms. We have a large kitchen with a dishwasher and there is enough space to cook together. There is also a small sofa, so that the room is perfect for cozy evenings. We have a daylight bathroom with a bathtub and there is another small room in the apartment, where enough storage space for the whole flat is available. A highlight of the flat is the balcony. It is outside Henry's room, but can be used (and planted) by all roommates. In front of the house is enough space for bicycles and there is also a private car parking space.
Die WG liegt im unteren Ostviertel, sehr nah an der Innenstadt. Zum Gänseliesel läuft man maximal 10 Minuten. So kann man alle Vorteile der Innenstadt genießen und trotzdem in ruhiger Lage wohnen. Auch die Uni ist nicht weit: Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man 5 Minuten zum Z-Campus und 15 Minuten zum Nordcampus. Eine Bushaltestelle mit Verbindung zum Bahnhof befindet sich nur 100 m entfernt. Außerdem gibt es ein paar Häuser weiter einen Bäcker und einen kleinen Bioladen. Supermärkte und Co sind auch nicht weit: In der Oststadt gibt es einen Edeka und einen Rewe und auch alle Geschäfte in der Innenstadt sind sehr gut zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in the lower Ostviertel, very close to the city center. The Gänseliesel is within a walking distance of 10 minutes. You can enjoy all the benefits of the city center and still live in a quiet location. The university is also not far away: by bicycle it takes 5 minutes to the Z-Campus and 15 minutes to the Nordcampus. A bus stop with links to the train station is just 100 metres away. There is also a bakery and a small organic shop a few houses away. Supermarkets and shop are also not far: In the Ostviertel there is an Edeka and a Rewe and all the shops in the city center are very easy to reach.
Das Leben in unserer WG gestaltet sich sehr ungezwungen und unkompliziert. Weil unser Alltag so unterschiedlich ist, ergeben sich die meisten gemeinsamen Aktivitäten sehr spontan: Eine Runde über den Wall joggen, Bouldern gehen, zum Baggersee radeln, Filmabende machen oder einfach gemeinsam abendessen und in der Küche sitzen und quatschen.
In der WG leben Henry, Madita und Agata. Henry ist 22 Jahre alt und der grüne Daumen der WG, der Zimmer- und Balkonpflanzen liebevoll hegt und pflegt. Er geht arbeiten und interessiert sich sehr für Politik und Geographie, geht gern Bouldern und liebt es, georgisch zu kochen. Agata ist 27 Jahre alt und macht gerade ihren Doktor in International Law. Sie kocht das beste Risotto und das beste Curry der WG und trifft sich gern in der Küche für lange Gespräche (auf Deutsch oder Englisch). Agata ist momentan viel im Ausland unterwegs und deswegen manchmal für ein paar Wochen nicht in der WG. Madita ist 23 Jahre alt und studiert im Master Chemie und Französisch auf Lehramt. Sie überrascht mit selbst gebackenen Keksen oder Muffins, sodass die ganze Wohnung duftet und ist bei jedem Gesellschaftsspieleabend in der WG dabei.

Life in our flat is very casual and uncomplicated. Because our daily lives are so different, most activities are very spontaneous: jogging, bouldering, cycling to the lake, movie nights or just sitting and chatting together in the kitchen.
Henry, Madita and Agata live in the flat. Henry is 22 years old and the green thumb of the flat, who lovingly cares for the house and balcony plants. He goes to work and is very interested in politics and geography, likes bouldering and loves to cook Georgian foods. Agata is 27 years old and is currently doing her PhD in International Law. She cooks the best risotto and curry in the flat and likes to meet in the kitchen for long conversations (in German or English). Agata is traveling a lot and therefore sometimes not in the flat for a few weeks. Madita is 23 years old and is studying chemistry and French as a teacher. She surprises with homemade biscuits or muffins, so that the whole apartment smells and she enjoys every board game night in the flat.
