ich bin Marco und suche zu Mitte Februar einen neuen Mitbewohner bzw. eine Mitbewohnerin für meine Hamburger WG.
Dein neues WG-Zimmer ist 20qm groß, super geschnitten und 2,90m hoch - also viel Platz zur Entfaltung. Neben einem Fernseher stehen dir zusätzlich noch ein Bett, eine gemütliche Couch, ein kleiner Wohnzimmertisch sowie bei Bedarf ein schicker Glasschreibtisch inkl. Stuhl zur Verfügung.
Natürlich kannst du das Zimmer gerne nach deinem Geschmack und mit deinen eigenen Möbeln einrichten.
Als besonderen Clou verfügt die WG zusätzlich noch über ein Wohnzimmer, welches Zutritt zu einem großen und gemütlichen Balkon bietet, natürlich Sonnenseite. ;)
Die WG befindet sich in Hamburg Hamm-Nord. Hier gibt es zahlreiche Anbindungen per Bus & Bahn. Die S-Bahn Hasselbrook ist 2 Minuten entfernt, bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es ca. 7 Minuten. Die Autobahn erreicht man in 3 Minuten und ein Taxistand ist auch direkt vor der Haustür.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls zahlreich vorhanden (u.a. Edeka, Aldi, Rewe, Budni). Und an Bäckern und Cafes herrscht hier schon fast ein Überangebot. :)
In der sanierten 80qm Altbau-Wohnung ist soweit alles Nötige zum komfortablen WG-Leben (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, E-Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Dusche, Badewanne) vorhanden. Als zusätzliche Abstellmöglichkeit stehen dir ein Keller sowie ein Dachboden zur Verfügung.
Wenn Du aufgeschlossen, rücksichtsvoll und am liebsten nicht auf der Suche nach einer Zweck-WG bist, scheinst du der bzw. die perfekte Mitbewohner-In zu sein!
Das Zimmer kostet dich mit allen Nebenkosten 440,- Euro (inkl. WLAN, DSL, Netflix, Heizung, Strom etc.).
Beruflich bin ich übrigens im Online Marketing unterwegs und nutze meine Freizeit vorwiegend für Sport, Natur, Freunde und natürlich Hamburg.

I am offering a flat-share in Hamburg.
Your room has the size of 20 sqm and already has a Bed, Couch, small Table, a TV (incl. Netflix) and a TV-board. If needed, I can also provide a nice desk and chair.
The shared flat includes access to a great balcony in our common living room.
Furthermore my flat offers the essential stuff for a convenient life (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, shower, bathtub). There is also a cellar and an attic, in case you need more storage space.
From here it is easy to attain a variety of shops nearby. The Central Station can be reached in approx. 7 minutes via subway (+ 2 minutes walk to my station "Hasselbrook"). The freeway is only 3 minutes away by car.
The price incl. additional expenses is €440,- which includes for example broadband internet and heating.
If you are attentive and preferably non-smoker, you might be the perfect candidate!
