Ich vermiete mein WG Zimmer unter vom 24.03 bis zum 17.03 (21 Nächte). Das Zimmer ist echt gemütlich, Bettzeugs und ein Handtuch stelle ich auch zur Verfügung. Wäre lieb, wenn du meine Pflanzen auch mal gießt, aber viel Wasser brauchen die nicht.
Das Zimmer ist in einer 6er WG im 1. OG, du kriegst aber auch Zugang zu der 5er WG oben drüber, da wir uns als eine Coliving Community verstehen. Oben gibt es noch ein größeres Wohnzimmer und ein Office, in dem du auch arbeiten kannst wenn du willst.
Schreib mir einfach und wir machen einen video call (oder du kommst vorbei wenn du schon vor Ort bist). Stell mir gerne Fragen, falls ich noch was vergessen habe.

I am renting out my room from 24.03 to 17.03 (21 nights). The room is really cozy, I also provide bedding and a towel. It would be nice if you watered my plants, but they don't need much water.
The room is in a shared flat for 6 people on the first floor, but you also have access to the shared flat for 5 people upstairs, as we see ourselves as a coliving community. Upstairs there is a larger living room and an office where you can also work if you want.
Just write to me and we'll make a video call (or you can come by if you're already there). Feel free to ask me questions in case I've forgotten something.
Mitten in der Schanze am Schulterblatt daher perfekt zur Bus und Bahn angebunden, sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und etliche Restaurants und Bars vor der Tür.
Das Zimmer geht direkt zum Schulterblatt raus und man kann vieles durchs Fenster beobachten (abends würde ich empfehlen die Vorhänge zu schließen oder das Licht zu dimmen sonst wird man selber beobachtet). Die Fenster isolieren sehr gut und man kann sehr gut schlafen (mit geschlossenen Fenstern jedoch - das Zimmer ist aber groß und hat viel Luft :-P).

In the middle of the Schanze on Schulterblatt, therefore perfectly connected to the bus and train, very good shopping facilities and quite a few restaurants and bars on the doorstep.
The room faces directly onto the Schulterblatt and you can see a lot through the window (in the evening I would recommend closing the curtains or dimming the light otherwise you will be watched yourself). The windows insulate very well and you can sleep very well (with the windows closed, however - the room is large and has plenty of air :-P).
Die WG hat insgesamt 6 Bewohner:innen, im Alter von 28 bis zu 43. Alles sehr liebe und entspannte Menschen. Es ist jedoch keine Party-WG. Du findest sicherlich jemanden zum Bierchen oder Tee trinken, falls du aber deine Ruhe willst ist das auch okay. Es gibt einen Putzplan und in dem Rahmen wäre es lieb, wenn du auch mal den Müll runterbringst o.ä.

The flat share has a total of 6 residents, ranging in age from 28 to 43, all very lovely and relaxed people. However, it is not a party flat share. You're sure to find someone to have a beer or tea with, but if you want some peace and quiet, that's fine too. There is a cleaning schedule and it would be nice if you could take out the garbage or something similar.
