Schönes Dachgeschoss-Zimmer mit Balken zur Zwischenmiete

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich am Rand der Stadt in der Herbert-Hoover-Siedlung. Der Bus (Nummer 10 über die Stadtmitte und Bahnhof bis zu den SLK-Kliniken) fährt hier in der Siedlung ab, etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß, wenn du langsam läufst.

Der Autobahnzubringer in Richtung Richtung Stuttgart und Würzburg ist nah gelegen. Wer also dort hin muss, muss nicht durch die ganze Stadt gurken. Der Campus Sontheim ist mit dem Rad fünf Minuten, mit dem Longboard 12 Minuten entfernt.

Der nächstgelegene Einkaufsladen ist Kaufland. Das liegt quasi am Eingang der Siedlung. Vielleicht so sechs bis sieben Minuten zu Fuß. Auch ein Lidl, Obi, MacDonalds, etc. gibt es in Laufnähe.

Jede Wohnung hat einen Parkplatz, der in der Miete inkludiert ist. Zwischenzeitlich hatten mal drei von vier Mitbewohnis ein Auto - mit Absprache hat das immer gut funktioniert, tagsüber ist es gar kein Stress, super nah einen anderen Parkplatz zu finden, wer abends spät heimkommt, hat das "Recht", den Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe zu benutzen. Kommunikation hat uns hier bisher immer geholfen :D

Ansonsten haben wir vom Wohnzimmer und dem Balkon aus einen wirklich herrlichen Blick auf die Heilbronner Weinberge, in denen man auch gut spazieren gehen kann. Dennoch sind wir recht "nah" an der Stadt, mit dem Rad sind es etwa zehn Minuten in die Innenstadt.

Auf unserem Balkon wachsen übrigens Tomaten und co. ganz herrlich, falls daran Interesse besteht.

Our apartment is located on the edge of the city in the Herbert-Hoover-Siedlung. The bus (number 10 via the city center and train station to the SLK clinics) leaves from here i, about a five-minute walk if you walk slowly.

The highway feeder road towards Stuttgart and Würzburg is close by. So if you need to get there, you don't have to drive through the whole city. The Sontheim campus is five minutes away by bike and 12 minutes by longboard.

The nearest store is Kaufland. It's practically at the entrance to the estate. Maybe six to seven minutes on foot. There is also a Lidl, Obi, MacDonalds, etc. within walking distance.

Each apartment has a parking space, which is included in the rent. During the day, it's no stress at all to find another parking space super close by, and if you come home late in the evening, you have the “right” to use the parking space right outside the door. Communication has always helped us here so far :D

Apart from that, we have a really wonderful view of the Heilbronn vineyards from the living room and the balcony, where you can also go for a good walk. Nevertheless, we are quite “close” to the city, it's about ten minutes by bike to the city center.

By the way, tomatoes and co. grow beautifully on our balcony, if you're interested.

Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG.

Hier leben Max (31), Zeeshan (31) und Laura (36). Alle drei arbeiten, meistens im Büro aber oft auch im Homeoffice. Max arbeitet an der Hochschule und promoviert im Bereich Medizininformatik und fährt ansonsten gerne Longboard und ist gerne mit Freunden unterwegs. Zeeshan arbeitet in Stuttgart bei Daimler Trucks, schaut gerne Anime und chillt gerne. Laura unterrichtet an einer Grundschule.

Gerne sitzen wir zusammen, kochen gemeinsam - oder einer kocht für alle, wenn er/sie Lust hat - oder versuchen zumindest gemeinsam zu essen. Nach Feierabend sitzen wir auch gerne bei einem Bier/Whiskey (oder einem nicht-alkoholischen Getränk ) zusammen und quatschen. Wir schauen Filme, spielen Spiele oder gehen gemeinsam in in die Stadt oder zum Badminton. Aber es hat natürlich auch jeder noch sein eigenes Leben.

Wir essen hier wenig bis kein Fleisch. Das ist natürlich keine Voraussetzung, hier einzuziehen. Aber wer jeden Tag sein Schnitzel brät, würde weniger hier her passen.

Ansonsten sprechen wir hier viel Englisch, da Zeeshan aus Pakistan kommt und abends manchmal zu müde ist, Deutsch zu sprechen :D.

Putzdienst ist bisher so geregelt, dass einfach einmal pro Woche im Wechsel die ganze Wohnung geputzt wird. Das ist aber natürlich änderbar und diskutierbar. Dann gibt es noch ein paar Sachen, die wir teilen, wie Toilettenpapier und Basics wie Öl, Gewürze und co. Kosten hierfür regeln wir über eine App.

We are definitely not a "functional" shared flat.

Here, we live with Max (31), Zeeshan (31), and Laura (36). All three of us work, mostly in the office but often also from home. Max works at the university and is doing a PhD in Medical Informatics. In his free time, he enjoys longboarding and hanging out with friends. Zeeshan works in Stuttgart at Daimler Trucks, enjoys watching anime, and likes to chill. Laura is a primary school teacher.

We enjoy spending time together, cooking together — or one of us cooks for everyone when they feel like it — or at least trying to eat together. After work, we like to sit down with a beer/whiskey (or a non-alcoholic drink) and chat. We watch movies, play games, or go out to the city or for badminton. But of course, everyone also has their own life.

We eat little to no meat here. This is, of course, not a requirement to move in, but if you fry schnitzel every day, you might not be the best fit here.

Otherwise, we speak a lot of English, since Zeeshan is from Pakistan and is sometimes too tired in the evenings to speak German :D.

The cleaning schedule is currently set up so that the entire apartment gets cleaned once a week on a rotating basis. However, this is, of course, flexible and up for discussion. We also share a few things, like toilet paper and basic items such as oil, spices, etc. The costs for these are handled via an app.

Ich fände es schön, wenn meine WG jemanden bekommt, der Bock hat auf WG-Leben und Gemeinschaft.
