Since my current flatmate is leaving at the end of January, I am looking for her replacement. My name is Ewa, I'm 20 years old and I'm from Poland. I am looking for a female flatmate only.
The apartment is fully furnished and is part of Hotel Wiedenhof that is used for long-term rentals and the full price including everything is 428€. There is no deposit.
I am from Poland and I am currently working to save money for college; I speak Polish and English and basic German so unfortunately I need my flatmate to have at least a communicative level of English.
The location of the apartment is pretty convenient; there is a bus stop and a train station nearby and it is very easy to get to Düsseldorf and other nearby cities. There are two grocery stores around 5 minutes away (Rewe and Aldi).
I am easy-going and unproblematic but also pretty busy. I like reading and cooking and I watch a lot of movies but I also enjoy hanging out with friends and going out.
I will send you pictures/videos of the apartment if you're interested and it is also possible to visit in person as I would like to meet my future flatmate before deciding to live together:) Please write me if you have any further questions!
