Biete hier ein ca. 25m großes Zimmer in einer WG in Höchstadt an. Das Zimmer liegt an der Innenhofseite, man hört aber den Verkehr sogut wie gar nicht da die Fenster gut schallisoliert und gedämmt sind.
In der Wohnung sind bereits vorhanden eine Küche, ein Sofa im Wohnzimmer und in deinem Zimmer bereits ein Kleiderschrank, kleiner Schreibtisch und bei Bedarf auch ein Bett mit Matratze.
Bei einem Pärchen kann ich auch ein großes Bett reinstellen 2m x 1,40m.
Ich suche 1-2 berufstätige Personen. Rauchen auf dem Balkon erlaubt.
Zentrale Lage in Höchstadt am Feuerwehr Kreisel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle und Metzger sind ca.5 Minuten entfernt.
In nahe Zukunft wird eine Garage frei werden denn die Parkmöglichkeiten sind beschränkt.
Ihr habt die Wohnung die meiste Zeit für euch. Ich selber nehme das kleine Zimmer nur als Abstellraum und wohne dauerhaft in Erlangen.
Abstellraum auf dem Dachboden und im Keller vorhanden.
Treppenhaus und Außenbereich muss in Absprache mit den anderen Bewohnern geputzt werden.
