hey zusammen,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in einer 2er Wg. Die Wohnung ist mit dem Bus 10 min von der FH entfernt und etwa 8 min zur Innenstadt. Die Bushaltestelle ist vor der Haustür. Der Bus fährt alle 15 min.
Der Garten darf auch mitgenutzt werden. Die nächsten Einkaufsgelegenheit ist zu Fuß 5 min entfernt.
Ob das Zimmer tatsächlich am 01.12.2009 frei wird, kann ich nicht garantieren, da ich selber noch auf einen Zusage warte. Kann sich also auch ein bisschen verzögern.
