Es handelt sich um ein sehr großes 28qm WG Zimmer. Durch die beiden großen Fenster ist es sehr hell. Ein schöner Parkettboden rundet das Altbau Feeling ab. Trotz Altbau sind die Wände angenehm dick und man hört kaum etwas von den Mitbewohnern.
Möbel sind nicht mit abgebildet, können jedoch nach Absprache teilweise mit übernommen werden.
Die WG befindet sich in der Beckerstraße direkt neben dem Paradeplatz. Zur THI sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß und auch die Fußgängerzone ist in 2 Minuten erreicht.
Das Gebäude ist ein Altbau. Der Boden knarzt schon mal gerne. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne. Die Küche ist mit allem Gängigen eingerichtet.
Wir sind eine 3er Männer WG, die den Glauben an Jesus Christus teilen und das Zusammenleben schätzen. Wir haben ein reges WG leben, an dem sehr gerne teilgenommen werden kann.
