Hallo wir sind eine Studenten Haus/WG. Das möblierte Zimmer ist ab 1.03 frei. Das Zimmer ist ca.16qm groß und kostet 430.-€ warm (keine Nachzahlung / keine NK Abrechnung fällig).
Das Zimmer ist schön hell und man hat genügend Platz um es sich bequem einzurichten.
Die Internetverbindung funktioniert stets einwandfrei.
In der WG ist alles vorhanden um sofort los zu wohnen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.
Ruft doch an (siehe unten)
Es sind ca. 15 Minuten mit den Fahrrad zur THI oder in die Stadt . Es sind nur 5 Minuten zur Audi.
Zum Nordbahnhof sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit den Fahrrad
Die Bushaltestelle Linie 40 ist direkt vor der Haustüre. (30 ist 2 Minuten entfernt).
Die WG im 1 Stock des Hauses ist an THI Studenten vermietet.
Gemeinsames Kochen oder zusammen Fußball schauen steht oft an der Tagesordnung, aber jeder entscheidet selbst wie viel Zeit er alleine oder mit seinen Mitbewohnern verbringt.
Insgesamt ein sehr lockeres Zusammenleben.
