Hallo zusammen,
Wir bieten eine Zwischenmiete für eine gemütliche 2-Zimmerwohnung an, da wir ins Ausland gehen. Die Wohnung wird ausschließlich an eine Einzelpersonen vermietet.

Zu der Wohnung:
Es ist eine gemütliche Erdgeschosswohnung, mit allem was man braucht. Eine Küche mit allen Utensilien ist vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Tisch, einem Schlafsofa, einer Kommode und 2 Regalen. Das Schlafzimmer ist möbliert mit einem großem Bett, riesigem Schrank, Kommode und Sofa. Es gibt ein kleines Bad mit Dusche. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der Außenbereich! Es gibt eine eigne Terrasse. Dann gibts es noch den Garten, der für das gesamte Haus zugänglich ist. Allerdings nutzen eigentlich nur wir den Garten effektiv. Man kann es sich richtig schön machen, Blumen oder Gemüse ziehen und es gibt einen Pflaumenbaum! Um den Garten muss sich gekümmert werden, der ist von unserer Wohneinheit zu pflegen. Ein kleiner grüner Rückzugsort im Stadtleben ist wirklich viel wert. 😁
Die nächste Sbahn Haltestelle Trimbornstraße ist ca 4 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle Kalk Post etwa 8 Minuten. Super Anbindung...

Die Warmmiete der Wohnung beträgt 570€. Nebenkosten inklusive Strom, Gas und Telefon /Internet, GEZ kommen hinzu, je nach Verbrauch. Geheizt wird mit Gas, Warmwasser läuft über einen Durhlauferhitzer. Bei den momentanen Gas und Ölpreisen kann dies entsprechend höher ausfallen.

Bei Interesse bitte einfach eine Nachricht mit einigen Infos zu dir schreiben (Alter, Beruf, ect.). Ich sende dann gerne noch weitere Infos, falls es Fragen gibt. Die Mietdauer von einem Jahr ist fix, da wir ins Ausland gehen.

We are going abroad for 1 year, that's why we want to subrent our cozy and 2 room apartment. Rhe flat will be rented only for a single person.

To the apartment:
It is a cozy ground floor apartment with everything you need. A kitchen with all utensils is available. The living room is equipped with a desk, a sofa (also available to sleep), shelfs. In the bedroom is a big bed, a huge wardrobe, a shelf and a sofa. There is a small bathroom with shower. The highlight of the apartment is the outdoor area! There is a private terrace. Furthermore there is the garden, which is accessible to the entire house. However, only we use the garden effectively. If you are interested, you can plant small plants and there is a plum tree. Taking care of the garden is friendly asked, it is an obligation for this appartment.

The next tram stop Trimbornstraße is about 4 minutes away. The stop Kalk post office about 8 minutes. Great connection ...

The warm rent for the apartment is 570€. Gas, electricity and internet/telefon, GEZ comes extra, depending the personal use. Regarding the oil price at the moment it could be more than before. Heating works with gas and warm whater with electricity.
