Both rooms in our beautiful 2 room apartment in Sülz/Klettenberg are going to be free from 1st october 2022 for subrent. The flat is partly furnished with the basics (bed, cupboards) and the kitchen is equipped with dish washer, fridge, oven, etc.
There is a sunny balcony (south west) with a nice view to the green garden.
The apartment is in Sülz/Klettenberg, a nice and very central area, close to university. The transport options are very good, there is a tram station just around the corner which takes you in 10 minutes to the city centre and in 15 minutes to the central station. It's a rather quiet street with lots of trees. The neighbourhood is green with several parks close by. Yet, there are also all kinds of shops, supermarkets, cafés and street life in walking distance.
