Anfragestopp - Schönes Zimmer in Altbau-WG ab Februar

Das Zimmer ist in Altlindenau, nah an der Georg-Schwarz-Straße, nah am Auwald, und auch in andere Teile der Stadt ist es mit dem Fahrrad oder den Öffis nicht weit. Die Wohnung selbst hat einen schönen Hinterhof und vor der Wohnung ist ein Platz, auf dem es einem Tischtennisplatte gibt. Ein Lidl ist gleich um die Ecke, zum Lindenauer Markt ist es aber auch nicht weit. Seit neuestem wohnen wir sogar zwischen gleich 2 Boulderhallen, nicht weiter als 10 min mit dem Fahrrad, und haben das daher zum neuen Hobby erkoren.

The room is in Altlindenau, close to Georg-Schwarz-Straße, close to the Auwald forest, and it's also not far to other parts of the city by bike or public transport. The apartment itself has a nice backyard and in front of the apartment is a square with a table tennis table. A Lidl supermarket is just around the corner, and it's not far to Lindenauer Markt either. Recently, we even live between two bouldering halls, no more than 10 minutes away by bike, and have therefore chosen this as our new hobby.

Mein Mitbewohner Raphi ist Schlagzeuger, übt aber nicht daheim. Als Musiker ist er natürlich viel unterwegs, aber geplant oder spontan verbringen wir doch sehr regelmäßige schöne Stunden voller Musik, guter Gespräche und leckeren Essens gemeinsam, vor allem vegetarisch und vegan. Ich bin Paula und im Bereich Mediengestaltung unterwegs. Ich studiere Teilzeit, bin aber auch selbstständig. Ich gärtnere gerne und verbringe generell gerne viel Zeit draußen in der Natur. Normalerweise führen wir ein recht aktives WG-Leben, kochen und spielen zusammen, das wäre schön, wenn Du da auch Lust drauf hast. Wichtig wäre noch, dass gemeinsam der Sauberkeit Sorge getragen wird! Wir teilen eigentlich alles Essen und kochen vor allem vegetarisch/vegan.

My flatmate Raphi is a drummer, but doesn't practice at home. As a musician, he is of course on the road a lot, but we regularly spend wonderful hours together full of music, good conversation and delicious food, especially vegetarian and vegan. I'm Paula and I work in media design. I study part-time, but I'm also self-employed. I like to garden and generally spend a lot of time outdoors in nature. We normally lead a pretty active shared flat life, cook and play together, which would be great if you're up for it too. It would also be important to take care of the cleanliness together! Ich werde mein Zimmer von Januar bis mitte März untervermieten, daher wird dann noch eine andere Person mit in der WG leben, die wir jetzt noch nicht kennen.
Bisher war Matthi Hauptmieter, das werde ich dann werden. D.h. der Mietvertrag muss neu aufgesetzt werden. aktuell liegt die Kaltmiete bei 180 €, ich habe sie jetzt hier mit 200€ angegeben, das wären die maximalen 10%, um die die Miete in diesem Fall erhöht werden könnte.

We will have to change the contract, so it might happen, that the rent will increase. at the moment, the basic rent is at 180€, I wrote 200, as this would be the max. of 10% of rent increase allowed.
