Liebe Zimmersuchende,
wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere schöne WG direkt am schönen Volkspark Kleinzschocher/Küchenholz.
Unsere 5er-WG, in der sich das Zimmer befindet, liegt auf der Antonienstrasse, unweit vom Adler. Die Wohnung hat ihren eigenen Charme: große alte Holzdielen (in allen Zimmern und Flur), Balkon und die blaue Lagune (unser riesiges Bad).
Eure Mitbewohnerinnen wären 4 viel beschäftigte Frauen aus den Bereichen Bildende Kunst, Theater und Nachhaltigkeit, die aber auch mal gerne einen Wein auf dem Balkon trinken und die dortigen Pflanzen sowie den Kleingarten um die Ecke pflegen.
Das Zimmer liegt zur Antonienstraßee hinaus und ist daher nicht vollkommen still. Es ist bereits frei, kann also ab sofort bezogen werden.
Falls du Interesse hast, dann schreib uns gern etwas über dich.
Ah ja und wir haben zwar getrennte Fächer für unser Essen, aber teilen auch gerne. Einen Putzplan gibt es bisher nicht, sondern wir erwarten, dass jeder erwachsen genug ist, um ab und an sauber zu machen und das nicht nur in ihrem oder seinem eigenen Zimmer.

Dear room seekers,
we are looking for a new flatmate for our nice flat-sharing community right next to the beautiful Volkspark Kleinschocher (; . Our flatshare with 5 flats is on Antonienstr., not far from the Adler.
The flat has its own charm. Big old wooden floorboards (in all rooms and hallway), balcony and the blue lagoon (our huge bathroom). Your flatmates are three busy women and one man, but they also like to have wine on the balcony sometimes and enjoy tending our garden on the balcony and in the allotment around the corner....
The room has a built-in loft bed. It faces directly onto Antonienstrasse and is therefore not completely quiet.
If you are interested, just write us something about yourself and maybe we will invite you to get to know us (analogue or virtual possible).
Ah yes and we do have separate compartments for our food but we also like to share and there is no cleaning plan but we expect everyone to be grown up enough to clean up sometimes and not only in their room.
