Es werden zwei Zimmer frei: Ein Zimmer mit 17 qm, zwei groẞen Fenstern und Stuck an der Decke und eins mit 10 qm. Bei den kleineren Zimmer handelt es sich um ein Durchgangszimmer zur Küche. Bad und Flur sind groẞzügig bemessen, mit Dusche und Badewanne. Es gibt auch einen Hof mit Rasen, der aber kaum genutzt wird.
Two rooms will be available: One room with 17 square meters, two large windows and stucco on the ceiling and one with 10 square meters. The smaller room is a walk-through room to the kitchen. The bathroom and hall are generously dimensioned, with a shower and bathtub. There is also a lawned yard, which is hardly used.
Die WG liegt in einem teilsanierten Altbau im Leipziger Osten, drei Haltestellen vom Hbf entfernt. Das Haus steht in einer Parallelstraẞe zur Eisenbahnstraẞe, womit du auch mit offenen Fenstern schlafen kannst, da es hier sehr ruhig ist.
The flat share is located in a partially renovated old building in the east of Leipzig, three stops away from the main station. The house is in a street parallel to the Eisenbahnstraße, so you can sleep with the windows open as it is very quiet here.
Die eine Hälfte unseren WG-Lebens kennst du schon, die andere bin ich: Gordian. Ich reise viel, mache Kunst, bastle an einem fast Oldtimer herum und arbeite nebenbei halbtags als Informatiker. Ich bin also im Schnitt nur drei Tage pro Woche in der Wohnung. Das sollte für dich ein Feature und kein Bug sein, ansonsten bin ich ein toller Mitbewohner.
You already know one half of our shared apartment life, and the other half is me: Gordian. I travel a lot, create art, tinker with an almost vintage car, and work part-time as a computer scientist on the side. So, on average, I'm only in the apartment three days a week.
