Liebes Mitbewohni für sweete WG mit Hundis gesucht!!

Schleußig ist schon echt ziemlich posh, aber grundsätzlich ist die Lage der Wohnung richtig toll! :) Für Spaziergänge im Grünen gibt es etliche Möglichkeiten. Park, Wald und Elster sind direkt vor der Tür, zu den Seen ist es auch gar nicht weit und es gibt ein Freibad in dem es sich nachts nach einer kleinen Kletterpartie sehr entspannt plantschen lässt. Ein Supermarkt, ein richtig sweeter Buchladen, zahlreiche andere Geschäfte und Cafés und vor Allem Maza Pita :D sind um die Ecke. Die Öffis fahren direkt vor der Tür und mit dem Bikeferrari dauert es nur so 15 Minuten ins Zentrum, wir sind also super schnell überall. Das Haus und das Zimmer befinden sich leider an einer großen Straße und die Wohnung ist insgesamt eher hellhörig, daher wäre es sehr wichtig, dass du mit einem etwas höheren Geräuschpegel okay bist.

Unsere Wohnung liegt ganz oben mit Blick über die Dächer. Hoch führt auch ein kleiner, rumpeliger Aufzug (beste Umzugshilfe!). Sie ist leider trotzdem nicht barrierearm, da sie sich über zwei Geschosse aufteilt. Es gibt insgesamt 4 Zimmer, die 13, 15, 21 und 31 m² groß sind, plus eine schnucklige Wohnküche. Diese ist das Herz unserer WG und mit dem Balkon zum Hinterhof ein super gemütlicher Ort zum zusammen Essen, Entspannen, Lesen, Spiele spielen, Puzzlen, Hundeflauschen oder gemeinsame Stunden mit vielen Friends. :) Außerdem haben wir noch zwei kleine Bäder (eins davon mit Badewanne!) und eine winzige Kammer des Schreckens.

Dein Zimmer liegt auf der oberen Etage. Mit seinem großen Dachfenster ist es super hell und dank viel Morgensonne sehr pflanzenfreundlich. :) Wenn du gerne im Dunkeln schläfst hat es aber auch ein Rollo. Solltest du mehr Zeug haben, als reinpasst, bietet der obere Flur entspannt Platz für eine Kommode oder einen Schrank und sonst haben wir in unserer Wohnung sicher auch noch ein Eckchen für alles, was in deinem Muckelzimmer kein Zuhause findet!

Bisher hat Leni dort sehr gerne gewohnt, zieht nun aber in das ganz große Zimmer im unteren Stockwerk mit dem zweiten, super sonnigen Balkon, da wir alle Lust haben, dieses auch gemeinschaftlich zu nutzen. Aus einem Teil des Raumes wird dann ein Wohnzimmer entstehen und wir freuen uns schon riesig auf mehr Platz für alle! :)

Keno (Pronomen: ke/kes, oder keine)
Für mich ist Zuhause ein mega wichtiger Ort und essentieller Teil meiner Wahlfamilie. Ich wünsche mir Kollektivität und Nähe, hab Lust auf eine liebevolle, flauschige Base und fühl Zuhause auch als politischen Raum, wo wir viel teilen, uns in unseren Struggles unterstützen und kleine und große Utopien spinnen können. Ich liebe (epische) Brettspiele und Bücher, baue und bastle mit großer Leidenschaft und finds doll schön, gemeinsame WG-Bauprojekte zu starten. Außerdem bin ich mega gerne draußen, zum Beispiel mit den Hundetieren oder in meinem heißgeliebten Garten, der natürlich gerne von allen Mitbewohnis mitgenutzt werden kann. :)

Harry (alle aber am liebsten keine Pronomen)
Ich hab mich aus einer besonders dollen Winterdepression dazu entschieden, mit Ende 20 doch noch meinen langjährigen Wunsch in Erfüllung zu bringen und Medizin zu studieren. Derzeit fluche ich zu Hause also gut und gerne (aber nicht nur!) über die strikte Anwesenheitspflicht, hierarchische und teils ableistische Strukturen, zeitintensiven Lernsessions und mein neurodivergentes Brain. Ich arbeite stetig an einer einigermaßen haltbaren Study-Life-Balance, in der ich Uni, politischen Aktivismus, meine drölfzig Hobbies (am längsten gehalten hat sich analoge Fotografie, ständige Wiederkehrer sind stick and pokes, Malen, Töpfern und Auflegen), Physiotherapie, friends und doggo-time unterbringen kann. Die Könnie fühlt sich nach der relativ kurzen Zeit schon mega zuhausig an und ich freu mich sehr, dass hier so viel geteilt wird - vom kommunistischen Kühlschrank über Räumlichkeiten, Sorgen und Herzschmerz bis zu nervigen Ohrwürmern und gemeinsamen GNTM (pls don't judge) und bald endlich (!!!) wieder Princess Charming watch parties.

Lena (sie/ihr)
Ich zaubere gerne vegane Gerichte – mit Affinität zu viel Knoblauch – und zelebriere vor allem gemeinsames Essen und Miteinander sein. Die Lohnarbeit und die Endzüge meiner Masterarbeit schlucken gerade leider sehr viel meiner Zeit, ich nutzte aber freie Momente immer gerne um (auch gerne gemeinsam mit Mitbewohnis) neue Dinge auszuprobieren und zu unternehmen. Deswegen ist mir vor allem wichtig, dass Zuhause Raum für gemeinsames Auffangen und Unterstützen und einfach Beisammensein ist. Gerade entdecke ich auch viele Drinnie Aktivitäten für mich (Puzzeln juche!), bin aber am Liebsten draußen unterwegs: Zum See oder zur nächstgelegenen Tischtennisplatte radeln stehen dabei ganz hoch im Kurs! Sonst mache ich sehr viel Musik, widme mich meinem kleinen Musikprojekt und bin immer bereit, neue Instrumente in die WG zu schaffen. (Derzeit lerne ich Saxophon also sry für etwaiges Gelärme, bin dabei stets rücksichtsvoll !!! Vorwarnung: Mein Saxophon-Lehrer gibt mir die most random Stücke zum üben. 🙃🙃🙃)

Außerdem wohnt hier noch Kenos Hündin Suki, aka Mauki aka Knödel aka Sokke, ein toller kleiner Doggo, eine grummelgesichtige Hundewurst, eine Hasenpfote mit Löwinnenherz. Sie ist ein lieber und lustiger, ziemlich entspannter Drinnie, leider bellt sie aber, wenns klingelt, was nerven kann (wir arbeiten dran). Sie wünscht sich ganz dringend Mitbewohnis, die Hunde toll finden, nicht müde werden, mit ihr zu spielen und wirklich Lust haben auf eine Beziehung und am Besten ganz viel Kuschelzeit mit ihr, deshalb schreib doch bitte in deine Nachricht, warum du Lust auf Zusammenleben mit Hundis hättest.

Denn außerdem wohnt hier auch noch Harrys Hündin Suki, (das ist kein Fehler im Text, Harry und Keno hatten zufällig die gleiche Namensinspiration :D) aka Sucuk aka Fluzzel aka Flause. Suki steckt die Abstammung vom Wolf noch in den Knochen: Sie ist ein bisschen weniger menschenbezogen als die andere Suki und braucht anfangs Zeit, um mit neuen Leuten warmzuwerden - Ruhe und Geduld zahlen sich aber definitiv aus! Im Gegensatz zum kleinen Drinnie-Doggo ist sie ein absoluter Draußenhund. Der Schlüssel zu ihrem Herzen sind ausgedehnte Spaziergänge mit Ballspielen und viel Schnüffeln - falls du gerne in der Natur unterwegs bist, wirst du also gute Begleitung haben.

Wir freuen uns im Zusammenleben über geteilte Zeit und Erlebnisse und findens schön, regelmäßig gemeinsam rumzuhängen, lecker zu schmausen und uns allgemein auf dem Schirm zu haben. Außerdem finden wir gut, auch außerhalb der Wohnung Dinge zusammen zu machen, zum Beispiel gemeinsam auf (queere) Veranstaltungen zu gehen oder einen Ausflug zum See zu starten. Wir mögen auch sehr, materielle Dinge wie Werkzeug, Bastelsachen, Bücher, Kleidung und was sonst noch so in der WG rumfliegt zu teilen und genießen unsere sehr viel offenen Türen und die Selbstverständlichkeit, mit der wir alle Zimmer betreten dürfen. Natürlich finden wir auch Sensibilität füreinander und Absprachen voll gut und wichtig, aber mögen unser nahes und offenes Zusammenwohnen sehr und wünschen uns eine Person, die da auch so viel Freude dran hat wie wir!

Eine wertschätzende, liebevolle Kommunikation ist uns sehr wichtig und gleichzeitig schaffen wirs im Alltag nicht immer gleich gut, Sachen direkt anzusprechen. Deshalb finden wir es toll, dafür bewusst Räume zu öffnen und feiern regelmäßige WG-Plena. Wir mögen es insgesamt gerne sauber und ordentlich und wünschen uns, Care- und Reproarbeit, auch im Bezug auf die Hundis, auf dem Schirm zu haben und gleichzeitig mitzudenken, dass Menschen da unterschiedliche Kappas und Bedürfnisse haben. Wir haben außerdem eine WG-Kasse und ein solidarisches Mietsystem, um auch finanzielle Belastung so gut wie möglich teilen zu können.

Wir verstehen uns als queerfeministische WG und freuen uns deshalb auf cute Nachrichten von Queers und Allies, die Lust haben, mit uns ein möglichst safes Zuhause zu gestalten. Wir wünschen uns und bemühen uns um einen sensiblen Umgang mit Diskriminierungen und den Versuch, Privilegien und gesellschaftlichen Machtstrukturen kritisch zu begegnen, sowie eine klare Haltung gegen Rassismus, Antisemitismus, Trans- und Queerfeindlichkeit, Sexismus, Klassismus, Ableismus und andere menschenfeindliche Einstellungen.

Leider mussten wir von den Vormieter*innen bei Einzug deren super teure Küche abkaufen, um für die Nachmiete vorgeschlagen zu werden, daher ist die Abschlagszahlung von 650 € so hoch. Uns ist allen klar, dass das Geld eine riesen Hürde darstellen kann... Wir finden sicher eine Lösung!

Helloo dear everyone,

we (+ two doggos) live in a beautiful, large apartment in quite bourgeois Schleußig. Three of us have been living together here for a little more than half a year now and after some changes in our living constellation recently, we are looking forward to living together permanently with a fourth person. On July 1st or a little later, our small but very fine room will be free!

Schleußig is pretty posh, but the location of the apartment is really great! :) There are countless opportunities for walks in the nature. Park, forest and the river are right on the doorstep, the lakes are not far away either and there is an outdoor pool where you can have a relaxed splash around at night (after a little climbing). A supermarket, a really cute bookstore, numerous other shops and cafes and especially Maza Pita :D are around the corner. The public transport runs right outside the door and with the bikeferrari it only takes 15 minutes to get to the center, so we can get everywhere super quickly. The house and the room are unfortunately located on a large street and the apartment is generally rather noisy, so it would be very important that you are okay with a slightly higher noise level.

Our apartment has a great view over the rooftops. A small, bumpy elevator also leads up (best moving aid!). Unfortunately, it is still not barrier-free, as it is divided over two floors. There are a total of 4 rooms, which are 13, 15, 21 and 31 m² in size, plus a cute, spacey kitchen. This is the heart of our flat and with the balcony to the backyard a super cozy place to eat, relax, read, play games, puzzles, dog fluff or spend time together with many friends. :) We also have two small bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub!) and a tiny chamber of secrets.

Your room is on the upper floor. With its large skylight and plenty of morning sun, it is super bright and very plant-friendly. :) But if you like to sleep in the dark, it also has a blind. If you have more stuff than fits in, the upper hallway offers some space for a closet and otherwise we certainly have a corner in our apartment for everything that doesn't find a home in your cozy room!

So far, Leni was living there and really enjoyed it, but is now moving into the large room on the lower floor with the second, super sunny balcony, as we all want to use it more together in future. Part of the room will then be turned into a living room and we are really looking forward to more space for everyone! :)

For me, home is a very important place and an essential part of my chosen family. I wish for collectivity and closeness, wish for having a loving, fluffy base and I also feel, that home is a political space where we can share a lot, support each other in our struggles and spin small and large utopias. I love (epic) board games and books, build and tinker with great passion and think it's really nice to start building projects together. I also love to be outside, for example with the dogs or in my beloved garden, which can of course be used by all roommates. :)

Harry (all but preferably no pronouns)
Due to a particularly bad winter depression, I decided to fulfill my long-standing wish in my late 20s and study medicine. At the moment, I like to curse at home (but not only!) about the strict attendance requirement, hierarchical and sometimes ableist structures, time-consuming study sessions and my neurodivergent brain. I am constantly working on a sustainable study-life balance, in which I can accommodate university, political activism, my uncounted hobbies (analogue photography has lasted the longest, constant returners are stick and pokes, painting, pottery and DJing), physiotherapy, friends and doggo-time. The Könnie already feels very homey after the relatively short time and I'm very happy that so much is shared here - from the communist fridge to premises, worries and heartache to annoying catchy tunes and joint GNTM (pls don't judge) and soon finally again (!!) Princess Charming watch parties.

Leni (she/her)
I like to conjure up vegan dishes – with an affinity for loads of garlic – and above all celebrate eating together and being together. Work and the final stages of my master's thesis unfortunately swallow up a lot of my time at the moment, but I always liked to use free moments to try out and do new things (also together with flatmates). That's why it's especially important to me that there is space at home for catching up and supporting each other and simply being together. I'm also discovering a lot of indoor activities for myself right now (puzzles yay!), but I prefer to be outdoors: cycling to the lake or to the nearest table tennis table is very popular! Otherwise, I make a lot of music, dedicate myself to my small music project and am always ready to bring new instruments into the shared flat. (At the moment I'm learning the saxophone, i.e. sry for any noise, I'm always considerate !! Warning: My saxophone teacher gives me the most random pieces to practice. 🙃🙃🙃)

In addition, Keno's dog Suki, aka Mauki aka Knödel aka Sokke, a great little doggo, a grumpy-faced saucagedog, a scaredy cat with a lionheart, lives here. She is a sweet and funny, quite relaxed couchpotato, but unfortunately she barks when the bell rings, which can be annoying (we are working on it). She urgently wants roommates who love dogs, don't get tired of playing with her and really want to have a relationship and preferably a lot of cuddle time with her, so please write in your message why you would like to live together with dogs.

Because Harry's dog Suki also lives here, (that's not a mistake in the text, Harry and Keno happened to have the same name inspiration :D) aka Sucuk aka Flause aka Fuzzel. Suki still has her wolf ancestry in her bones: She is a little less people-oriented than the other Suki and needs time to warm up to new people at first - but calm and patience definitely pay off! She is an absolute outdoor dog. The key to their heart is long walks with ball games and lots of sniffing - so if you like to be out and about in nature, you'll have good company.

We are happy about shared time and experiences in living together and think it's nice to hang out together regularly, to feast deliciously and to have each other on our radar in general. We also like to do things together outside the apartment, for example to go to (queer) events together or go on a a trip to the lake. We also like to share material things like tools, handicrafts, books, clothes and whatever else is flying around in the flat and enjoy our mainly open doors and the naturalness with which we are allowed to enter all rooms. Of course, we also think sensibility for each others needs and agreements are very good and important, but we find our close and open living together very nice and comfy and wish for a person who enjoys it as much as we do!

Appreciative, loving communication is very important to us and at the same time we don't always manage to address things directly in everyday life. That's why we think it's great to consciously open rooms for this and celebrate regular shared flat plenaries very much. Overall, we like it clean and tidy and wish to have care and reproduction work, also with regard to the dogs, on our radar and at the same time to think about the fact that people have different capacities and needs. We also share financial expenses. We have a cash register for food and a solidarity-based rental system, and we like that very much, too.

We consider ourselves as queerfeminist and are therefore looking forward to cute messages from queers and allies who would like to create a home with us that is as safe as possible. We wish for and strive for a sensitive approach to discrimination and the attempt to critically confront privileges and social power structures, as well as a clear stance against racism, antisemitism, transphobia and queerphobia, sexism, classism, ableism and other misanthropic attitudes.

We are really looking forward to reading from you and hearing what you do, what you feel like doing and what is important to you in living together! :) The first get-to-know-you sessions will be possible from middle of May and we would really like to meet more than once.
