Von unseren 5 Zimmern wird zum 25.09.23 das kleinste frei. Es hat schlauchige 10qm, das heißt womöglich kannst du mit einer ordentlichen Streckung die gegenüberliegenden Wände erreichen. (Zimmerbreite 175cm) Dafür ist es recht lang und bietet das Gefühl, als würdest du in einem Tiny House wohnen – oder in einem Wagen! Auf das Hochbett passt nur eine 1,10m Matratze, zu zweit wird es also kuschelig. Positiv: man sieht vom Fenster aus wirklich wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge und es wird im Winter schnell warm. Die Miete ist auch nur 205€. Verschiedene Möbel können übernommen werden, müssen aber nicht.

The smallest of our 5 rooms will become available on 25.09.23. It has a tubular 10 sqm, which means you can possibly reach the opposite walls with a proper stretching. (Room width 175cm) But it is quite long and gives you the feeling of living in a Tiny House - or in a car! Only a 1.10m mattress fits on the loft bed, so it will be cosy for two. On the plus side, you can see really beautiful sunsets from the window and it gets warm quickly in winter. The rent is also only 205€. Various pieces of furniture can be taken, but don't have to.
Die WG liegt zwischen Bayerischem Bahnhof und Johannisplatz. Die Lage ist recht unspektakulär, aber zentral.

The flat is located between the Bayerischer Bahnhof and Johannisplatz. The location is quite unspectacular, but central.
Mit dir zusammen wohnen 7 weitere Personen, 4 davon Menschen: Bubi und Luise (zwei in Julias Zimmer herumfliegende Wellensittiche), Misa (ein in Julias Zimmer eingemieteter Tierschutz-Chihuahua), Julia (sie/ihr), Helen (sie/ihr), Finn (Finn), Nora (alle Pronomen). Alle Menschen sind zwischen 20 und 30 Jahre alt und studieren, arbeiten oder hartzen.
Wir mögen uns gern und unternehmen auch Sachen zusammen, wie an den See fahren, kochen, Filme schauen, in der Küche chillen, feiern gehen oder Gesellschaftsspiele spielen. Da wir recht unterschiedliche Lebensentwürfe haben, klappt das mal mehr und mal weniger oft.

There are 7 other people living with you, 4 of them humans: Bubi and Luise (two budgies flying around in Julia's room), Misa (an rescue Chihuahua living in Julia's room), Julia (she/her), Helen (she/her), Finn (Finn), Nora (all pronouns). All humans are between 20 and 30 years old and are studying, working or hard-working.
We like each other and also do things together, like going to the lake, cooking, watching films, chilling in the kitchen, going out partying or playing board games. Since we have quite different lifestyles, it works out sometimes more and sometimes less often.
Wir verstehen uns als politisch und fänden es sehr schön, wenn das Thema auch wichtig für dich ist. Also no cops no nazis!
