ich wohne in Bad Staffelstein in einer 3 Zimmer Wohnung.
Da ich das dritte Zimmer nicht nutze, suche ich einen Mieter dafür. Das Zimmer ist 16m2 groß mit Bett, Schreibtisch und Schrank ausgestattet. Küche und das Bad(mit Dusche und Wanne) können selbstverständlich mitbenutzt werden. Nun zur Lage. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 10 min erreichbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 15 min. Eine Apotheke ist genau gegenüber.
Ich selbst bin 22 und arbeite in Coburg.
Ich freue mich auf nette Mitbewohner.
