Hey everyone,
I offer my fully-furnished room in a flatshare from very end of June either as short-term led until end of September (3 month sublet) or as permanent replacement (12 month contract). I am quite flexible with the move-in date so +/- some days could work as well.
For taking over the contract as long-term rent, please be aware that either you need to earn 2.5x the rent after tax or your gurantor (non-UK eligble) 3.5x the rent after tax. The gurantor process is very easy and uncomplicated with the agency.
The flat is very well located in central London in Westminster directly at Pimlico Station (Victoria Line) within walking distance to Big Ben.
