Da ich im Sommer für mein Praktikum weg bin vermiete ich mein Zimmer vom 15.06.-15.10. unter.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 25m2 groß und hat schönen Dielenboden und sehr hohe Decken. Ich lasse all meine Möbel da und werde die Schränke so ausräumen, dass du viel Platz für deine Sachen hast :)
Das Zimmer bleibt tagsüber schön kühl.
Die Wohnung ist zu Fuß ca. 5min vom Schneckenhof entfernt, beim Bahnhof ist man in ca. 10min.
Unsere Straße ist eher ruhig und wir haben einen Park direkt vor der Tür, was in Mannheim ein kleiner Luxus ist.
Wir studieren alle an der DHBW oder der Uni Mannheim und haben ein entspanntes Zusammenleben.
Besonders wichtig ist uns offene Kommunikation.
Wir haben eine App über die wir den Putzplan regeln, von daher alles sehr unkompliziert :)
Wie sind keine Party-WG, in unserem Haus wohnen auch ältere Parteien von daher ist es tendenziell eher ruhig.
