Die Wohnung liegt im Rückgebäude im 2. Stock.
Die Wohnung ist gerade renoviert, also auch das Zimmer (gemalert, Parkett abgezogen)
Das Zimmer ist möbliert, es hat aber noch Platz, etwas Persönliches reinzustellen.
Das Bett ist 1,40 m x 2,00 m. Der Kleiderständer ist sehr stabil.
Das Zimmer liegt sehr zentral, man geht nur 10 min zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof,
die nächste U-Bahnstation ist 2 Minuten entfernt (Stiglmaierplatz)
Die Bus Linie 100 und die Linie 58 halten direkt vor der Tür, das stört nicht, da sich
die Wohnung im Hinterhof befindet.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sowohl in der Luisenstraße (Lidl, Coffeeshop), alles
Weitere von Apotheke, Drogeriemarkt, Supermarkt, Waschsalon ist in der Augustenstraße,
3 min zu Fuß.
Ich bin die Eigentümerin der Wohnung und wohne NICHT dort.
In dem anderen Zimmer wohnt eine nette, junge Frau (Studentin, Anfang 20).
Von ihrem Zimmer geht es raus zum Balkon, der auch sehr gern
von der anderen Mitbewohnerin genutzt werden kann.
Gesucht wird eine nette Mitbewohnerin.
Die Wohnung hat zwar nur zwei Zimmer, aber man kann
hier gut zu zweit leben, hat auch seinen Freiraum.
Die Nachbarn sind nett.
