Ich suche ab dem 01.05 ein Mädchen (kannst auch früher rein) bis zum 30.09 der ich mein Zimmer untervermieten kann, weil ich mit meinem Freund zusammen ziehe.

Es ist super modern und man ist mit der U6 innerhalb von 13 min am Marienplatz, die Tram und Buse sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Das Zimmer ist schon möbliert, und du würdest dir die Wohnung mit einem anderen Mädchen teilen.
Es ist eine zweier WG- was mir persönlich sehr gefallen hat, ich verlasse es auch mit schweren Herzen. Man hat extrem seine Ruhe und es ist sehr hell weil die Fenster im Zimmer und Küche bis zum Boden sind.
Preis wäre: 350€ pro Monat
und Kaution zur Sicherheit 200€ die du dann auch wieder zurück kriegst, wenn keine Schäden entstanden sind.

The room is already furnished and you would share the apartment with another girl.
It's a flat share for two people, which I personally really liked, and I'm leaving it with a heavy heart. It's extremely quiet and it's very bright because the windows in the room and kitchen are floor-to-ceiling.
Price would be: 350€ per month
and a security deposit of 200€, which you will get back if no damage has occurred.
