Ich verlasse mein Zimmer in der tollen Artillerie-WG und suche nach einer coolen Nachmieterin. Da der Vermieter sich Gehaltsnachweise wünscht, wäre es gut, wenn du genau wie wir berufstätig bist oder zumindest eine Bürgschaft vorweisen kannst.
Das Zimmer ist 16 m2 groß und hell mit 2 Fenstern. Ich würde gerne das Bettgestell/Matratze und den Kleiderschrank umsonst da lassen. Da das Bett und der Schrank bereits da waren, können die anderen Gegenstände (Schreibtisch, Spiegel und Nachttisch) für insgesamt 20 Euro übernommen werden, wenn du möchtest.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 597€. Es handelt sich um eine Staffelmiete, die jedes Jahr um 50 € für die gesamte WG erhöht wird. Wir teilen uns die Kosten natürlich auf.

Hello, I’m unfortunately moving out of the apartment and therefore would like someone nice to replace me :) It would be ideal if you are already working, as our landlord asks for proof of income.
The 16 m2 room is spacious with lots of daylight from 2 windows. I would like to leave the bed and closet in the room as they were already there. The other items such as the desk, mirror and small night table can be taken over for a total of 20 euros if you want!
The rent for the whole apartment increases every year for 50 euros, and so you will experience an increase of around 16 euros per person each year. There has not been an increase this year, but the landlord will inform you of any changes.

Zu der WG gehört ein großer Flur, ein geräumiges Tageslichtbad mit Dusche und Badewanne und eine Küche mit Balkon zum Innenhof.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und legen Wert auf Offenheit und eine freundliche, rücksichtsvolle Atmosphäre. Du würdest mit Carolin und Christian (die beide derzeit promovieren) zusammen leben. Sie sind beide aufgeschlossen, unkompliziert und weltoffen.
Idealerweise hast du auch mal Lust auf gemeinsame Unternehmungen wie Cannelloni- oder Pizzaabend, Bouldern oder Wandern am Wochenende oder mal ein gemeinsames Bier auf dem Balkon nach Feierabend. Natürlich hat jede*r trotzdem seinen/ihren Freiraum und kann sich jederzeit in das Zimmer zurückziehen.

The apartment has a large bathroom with a tub and shower, as well as a balcony connecting from the kitchen.
You will be living together with Caro and Chris, who are both currently pursuing their PhDs. They are both friendly, open-minded and considerate - we would therefore appreciate it if you share the same values. :)
Ideally you would like to join us occasionally for Pizza Night or one of the many themed dinners! We might visit the mountains over the weekend or go to the bouldering gym together after work. Of course, you have the privacy of your room always when you need it.
