We are a 7-person WG looking for an uncomplicated and friendly new roommate. The flat is very international, having people from all over the world. Everyone speaks English and is either fluent in German or learning. We are only looking for a long-term lease agreement (+1 year). please note that this ad is FOR WOMEN ONLY :)
The apartment and bedroom are fully furnished, having everything you need. The bedroom comes with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, shelves, desk, and chair. There are two floors in the apartment, each with a bathroom as well as a washer and dryer. The kitchen has everything necessary including a dishwasher, oven, and microwave.
The apartment is well situated, located between Olympia Park, Schloss Nymphenburg, and Dantebad. The Tram 20/21 stop is just outside, which also has the night tram to and from the city center, and the U1 is a few minutes walk away. There is an Edeka reachable within a 7 minute walk and several other stores only 2-3 tram or underground stops away.
We like to spend time together in the kitchen and ocassionally have an international dinner together. Sometimes we do day trips or go out at night in the city, but still allow everyone their own space to do whatever they want. It is a good combination for everyone, and we are not a "Zweck-WG".
We will contact you with more details about a casting sometime at the beginning of January so that we can get to know you better, and would prefer if you could appear in person, but we could make exceptions for video calls.
You must be able to move in on 15th of January!
