Wir sind 2 Mädels die ab Oktober ein neue Mitbewohnerin suchen.
Wir machen beide in Neustadt das Abitur und und sind im Pferdesport aktiv.
Die Aufgaben im Haushalt werden geteilt und alles andere können wir besprechen.
Wir wohnen in einer Altbauwohnung im 3. Stock mit großem Bad und Einbauküche.
Im Haus wohnen ansonsten viele junge Leute.
Das Haus ist in der Nähe des Landesgestüts und es sind ca. 15 min Fußweg zum Bahnhof.
Das Zimmer ist hell und ca. 15 qm groß.
Die Miete inkl. Strom, Internet und Nebenkosten beträgt 270€.
