angeboten werden 3 Zimmer mit 14 m2 in einer wunderschönen Wohnung in einer 3er WG. Das Zimmer ist groß, hell und gut geschnitten. Es gibt eine Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine. Das Bad und die Toilette sind separat. Es ist sehr hell und ruhig, da die Wohnung im 2. Stock in einer Nebemstrasse ist. Du kannst das Zimmer sowohl befristet, als auch unbefristet, möbiliert oder unmöbiliert haben. Falls Du als erstes einziehst, kannst Du die Mitbewohner mitbestimmen.
Insgesamt gibt es in der WG 3 Zimmer sowie ein helles Bad, eine Küche sowie ein seperates WC und einen Flur.
Wenn Du als erstes eine Zusage bekommst, kannst Du den Mitbewohner selber mit aussuchen oder gleich mit einem Freund/einer Freundin einziehen. Ein Praktikant von Adidas wohnt bereits drin

It is very bright and quiet, because the apartment is on the 2nd floor in a side street. You can have the room both temporary and permanent.

Die Wohnung ist im bunten und beliebten Stadtviertel Galgenhof. Zur EWF sind es mit dem Rad weniger als 10 Min. Die Wohnung ist mit dem Rad ca. 6 Min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.Die Autobahnauffahrt ist auch nicht weit weg, so dass man zwar zentral wohnt, mit dem Auto aber schnell draußen ist. U Bahnhaltestelle ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Auch der Dutzendteich ist schnell zu erreichen

Sehr nette und lockere WG! Berufstätige und Studenten/Austauschstudenten. Es wäre schön, wenn auch Du recht offen bist. Es gibt einen große Wohnküche, wo man ab und zu zusammensitzen und etwas kochen kann, es ist aber alles recht ungezwungen. Das heißt es kann jeder handhaben wie er möchte. Das Bad, Toilette und die Küche sind neu renoviert. Es wäre schön, wenn Du bereits etwas WG Erfahrung hast.
