Gemütliches Zimmer in lieber 3er WG

Unser Haus liegt im Stadtteil Haidenhof-Nord und beherbergt noch viele weitere WGs. Wir wohnen zwar im 6. Stock, aber es gibt einen Fahrstuhl - man muss seinen Einkauf also nicht die Treppen hochschleppen. Die Bushaltestelle Auerspergstraße liegt direkt vor der Haustür und die Busse fahren hier alle viertel Stunde. Zu Fuß braucht man ca. 15 Minuten zur Uni und in die Stadt, mit dem Rad etwa 5 Minuten. Rewe, Edeka und Netto sind von uns aus auch gut erreichbar - wir wohnen ruhig, sind aber gut angebunden und man kann alles fix erreichen!

The flat is located in Haidenhof-Nord, a district where many students live. The flat is on the 6th floor, but luckily there is a lift - no need to carry groceries up the stairs. Right outside the door you have access to the bus station Auerspergstraße with busses arriving every 15 minutes. If you prefer to walk, you'll need around 15 minutes to Uni and the city centre and only 5 minutes if you have a bike. The grocery stores Rewe, Edeka and Netto are all close by as well - you'll be able to live in a quiet area but still have access to everything you need in reach!

Mit dir zusammen werden Vivi und Youssef wohnen.
Vivi ist 27, gelernte Erzieherin und wohnt seit diesem Jahr in unserer WG. Sie ist im 2. Semester und studiert MuK. Außerhalb der Uni geht sie gerne zum Yoga, ins Fitnessstudio oder zum tanzen, man kann aber auch immer gern mit ihr gemütlich auf dem Balkon hocken und quatschen, einen Spaziergang unternehmen oder Kultur-Events an der Uni besuchen.
Youssef ist 23 und wird im Herbst seine Lehre zum Elektriker beginnen. Er kommt im August neu in die WG. Er ist vielseitig interessiert, seine größte Leidenschaft ist aber die Musik - er spielt immerhin 5 Instrumente. Auch mit ihm kann man entspannt plaudern oder bei gutem Wetter Unternehmungen im Freien bestreiten.
Beiden ist Sauberkeit und gegenseitiger Respekt sehr wichtig. Geselligkeit ist immer willkommen, aber jeder braucht auch seine Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und Freiraum.

You'll share the flat with Vivi and Youssef.
Vivi is 27 years old and has worked as a kindergarten teacher before she moved to Passau. She is currently in her 2nd semester at Uni studying MuK and has lived in this flat since April. Besides her academic work, she enjoys dancing, Yoga and going to the gym but she is also open for friendly chats on the balcony, going for walks and visiting cultural events at Uni.
Youssef is 23 and will start his apprenticeship as an electrician in September. He will be moving in in August. He has lots of different interests, but his biggest passion is music - he plays five different instruments. Besides making music, he is alsways open for good conversations and activities outside.
Cleanliness and mutual respect is important for both. It is always nice to do activities together and not just live besides one another but it is important that everyone has their own personal and private space.
