Das Zimmer ist möbliert, mit Schreibtisch, Closet, Doppelbett und kleineren Möbeln. Das Haus ist ein Reihenhaus aus den 20ern und zweistöckig mit einem riesigen Keller. Das Zimmer wäre ideal zum Beispiel für eine Austauschstudentin oder als Ausgangspunkt um etwas für längere Zeit zu finden.
Das Haus befindet sich in Squirrel Hill, einem sehr guten Stadtteil von Pittsburgh. Es liegt nahe genug am CMU-Campus, dass man sogar dahin zu Fuß gehen kann. Ansonsten fährt auch ein Bus (auch zur U of Pitt) und mit Fahrrad fahren wir auch gerne.
Zwei von uns sind Graduate Students an der CMU, wovon eine das Fall Semester in Zürich verbringen wird. Sie vermietet ihr Zimmer unter. Das dritte Mädel arbeitet als Krankenschwester im Universitätsklinikum. Wir sind alle Nichtraucher, kochen viel, und treiben Sport wie Bouldern und Laufen.
