Ich suche zur Zeit nach einem Mitbewohner/-in. Idealerweise Studenten, die eine längere Zeit bleiben wollen. Die Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof in Rotenburg Wümme, ca. 20 Min. von Bremen und ca. 45 Min. von Hamburg entfernt. Die Züge in Richtung beider Städte fahren alle 30 Minuten.
Das Wohnzimmer, das Esszimmer und die Küche sind bereits möbliert inkl. Waschmaschine. Nur das Schlafzimmer ist nicht möbliert. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne und einer Dusche ausgestattet. Zur Wohnung gehören auch ein Garten, ein Balkon, ein Abstellraum und eine Garage.
Das Schlafzimmer ist ca. 10 qm und die Wohnung ist ca. 90 qm groß. Die Warmmiete beträgt 350 Euro pro Monat ohne Internet und ARD.

I am currently looking for a roommate. Ideally, students that are planning to stay for a long time. The apartment is located right across the train station in Rotenburg Wümme, it is around 20 mins from Bremen and around 45 mins from Hamburg. The trains towards both cities run every 30 mins.
The living room, dining room, and kitchen are already furnished incl. Washing machine. Only the bedroom is not furnished. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower. The apartment also includes a garden, a storage room, and a garage.
The bedroom is around 10 m2 and the apartment is around 90 m2. The warm rent is 350 euros per month not including the internet and ARD.
