Ich suche Einzelzimmer oder WGs zu einem bezahlbaren Preis.

Ich bin Niranjan, 22 Jahre alt und komme aus Kerala, Indien für meinen Master an der UdS. Ich bin ein relativ ruhiger Mensch; unkompliziert, ehrlich und respektvoll. Ich bin auch ein aufgeschlossener Mensch, sehr kontaktfreudig und immer zu einem Plausch zu haben. Mein größtes Hobby ist die Fotografie. Außerdem genieße ich es, Seriensendungen zu schauen und Klassiker und Kunstfilme anzuschauen oder darüber zu diskutieren. Ich rauche nicht. Ich spreche ein wenig Deutsch und lerne eifrig.

Ich behalte mein Geschäft für mich und halte meine Sachen gern organisiert und sauber, sodass die Laken auf meinem Bett perfekt und verstaut wie in einem Hotelzimmer aussehen. Interessanterweise versammelten sich meine Freunde in meinem Bachelor-Wohnheim und starrten darauf, wie ich meine Kleidung perfekt falte, um sie im Regal aufzubewahren.

Ich suche aufgeschlossene und gastfreundliche Gemeinschafts-WGs oder saubere und geordnete Zweck-WGs. Eine lustige und freundliche Gemeinschafts-WG wäre vorzuziehen, obwohl ich mit beidem einverstanden bin. Die Nähe zur Universität und eine gute Erreichbarkeit sind eigentlich meine einzigen beiden Anforderungen.

Ich komme am 26. März in Saarbrücken an. und idealerweise würde ich gerne noch in der gleichen Nacht (oder vor dem Osterwochenende) einziehen, obwohl dies keine zwingende Voraussetzung ist. Sollte dies nicht möglich sein, können wir ab dem 27. März Besichtigungstermine für die Immobilie vereinbaren.

I'm looking for single person rooms, or flatshares, at an affordable price.

I am Niranjan, a 22 y/o guy coming from Kerala, India for my Master's at UdS. I'm a relatively quiet and calm person; uncomplicated, honest and respectful. But I'm also an open-minded individual, quite sociable and always up for some chit-chat. My main hobby is photography. I also enjoy binge-watching shows, and watching or discussing classic and art movies. I don't smoke. I speak a little bit of German, and I am eagerly learning.

I keep my business to myself, and like to keep my things organised and clean, to the point where the sheets on my bed will look all perfect and tucked in like at a hotel room. Fun fact, my friends at my Bachelor's hostel would gather around and stare at how I perfectly fold my clothes to be stored on the shelf.

I am looking for open-minded and welcoming communal WGs or clean and orderly zweck-WGs. A fun and friendly communal-WG would be preferable, although I'm fine with both. Not being too far from the university and being well-accessible are my only two requirements really.

I'm arriving in Saarbrücken on March 26th. and ideally I'd like to move in the same night (or before the easter weekend), although this is not a strict requirement. If that is not possible, we can have viewing appointments for the property from 27th March onwards.
