Die Wohnung in der Schönestraße, Bad-Cannstatt liegt verkehrsgünstig am Neckarufer (Stadtstrand) nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von U- und S-Bahn und etlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Das freie Zimmer (unmöbliert) hat die Fensterfront westwärts Richtung Straße und ist ca. 21 qm groß (Kosten warm 450,-/Monat + 800,- Kaution (einmalig)).
Einzug ab 19. Februar möglich. Miete dann ab März 2024!
Die Deckenhöhe beträgt 3,10 m, das heißt ein Etagenbett wäre kein Problem und würde zusätzlichen Raumgewinn bedeuten.
Die Miete und die Kaution bitte sofort bezahlen erstmal in bar (spätere Mietzahlungen dann per Überweisung), natürlich gegen Beleg, Mietvertrag und Haus- und Wohnungsschlüssel.
Die Kaution darf zur Not auch auf 2 Monate verteilt entrichtet werden.
Ansonsten vorhanden: Küche (mit allen Utensilien), Bad (Badewanne), WC, Vorratskammer, Balkon, Kellerraum, Waschmaschine und Internetanschluß (WLAN).
Eine Bitte wäre noch, keine Haustiere mitzubringen, merci!
