The room is actually two rooms: bedroom (double bed, big desk, two closets) and an office. The flat is in the 6th floor there is a lot of light, it is quiet, comfortable. There is a big living room, bathroom (with bath tub) with seperate toilet. A full equiped kitchen to use. A cat lives here, too.
Das Zimmer sind eigentlich zwei Zimmer: ein Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett, großer Schreibtisch, zwei Schränke) und ein Büro. Die Wohnung ist im sechsten Stockwerk, sie ist sehr hell, ruhig und bequem. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer (mit Badewanne) und einer seperaten Toilette. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Eine Katze wohnt auch in der Wohnung.
The appartment is close to the center, 10 min. by foot from the metro Patte d'Oie. There is a market and there are supermarkets and restaurants close by. The river is 5min. walk away.
Die Wohnung ist in der Näher des Zentrums, 10 Min., zu Fuß von der Metro Patte d'Oie entfernt. Es gibt einen Markt, Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Fluss ist nur 5Min. zu Fuß entfernt.
The room will be free because I (Ouka) am going for a trip for three months. Isabelle and Polux (the cat) will stay in the appartment and are looking for a new roommate while I am abroad.
Our life in the appartment is relaxed, artistic, peaceful and harmonic. We like the appartment to be clean. It is a non-smoking appartment. English is spoken but it would be nice if you had a basic level in French!
Ich (Ouka) vermiete das Zimmer, weil ich für drei Monate verreise. Isabelle, meine Mitbewohnerin und Polux (der Kater) bleiben hier wohnen und suchen für die Zeit eineN neueN MitbewohnerIn.
Unser Leben in der Wohnung ist entspannt, künsterlisch, ruhig und harmonisch. Wir mögen es, dass die Wohnung sauber ist. Rauchen ist nicht erwünscht. Wir sprechen englisch, aber es wäre schön, wenn du Grundkenntnisse in französisch hättest! (Wir sprechen kein deutsch...)
