Ab dem 1. August 2019 bis 27./ 28. September suche ich für mein Zimmer einen Zwischenmieter oder eine Zwischenmieterin.
Das Zimmer ist 12,5 Quadratmeter groß und liegt im dritten Stock. Durch das große zweiflügelige Fenster ist es sehr hell und man hat einen schönen Blick ins Grüne :). Die Miete liegt bei 251 Euro warm im Monat, inklusive Strom, Internet, Müllgebühren...
Ausgestattet ist das Zimmer mit einem Regal, Bett mit Bettkasten, Schreibtisch und Schreibtischschränkchen, einem Stuhl sowie einem Kleiderschrank. Außerdem hat man ein eigenes Waschbecken mit Spiegel im Zimmer. Die Dusche und das Bad teilt man sich mit nur zwei anderen WG-Bewohnern, dadurch kam es nie zu Stau vor dem Bad.
Zudem kann man in der große Küche super kochen und sich mit anderen Bewohner zum Essen oder zum gemütlichen Beisammensein treffen. In der Küche besitzt jeder seinen eigenen Schrank, den man abschließen kann.
From 1 August 2019 to 27/28 September I am looking for an intermediate tenant for my room.
The room is 12.5 square meters and is on the third floor. Through the large two-wing window it is very bright and one has a beautiful view into the green :). The rent is 251 Euro warm per month, including electricity, internet, garbage...
The room is equipped with a shelf, bed with bed box, desk and desk cupboard, a chair as well as a wardrobe. There is also a washbasin with a mirror in the room. The shower and the bathroom are shared with only two other flatmates, so there was never a traffic jam in front of the bathroom.
In the big kitchen you can cook great food and meet other residents for dinner or a cosy get-together. In the kitchen everyone has their own cupboard, which can also be locked.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut an den ÖPNV angebunden, Busse fahren regelmäßig, die Haltestelle ist drei Gehminuten entfernt. Bei der Uni ist man mit dem Bus innerhalb von 10 Minuten, sowohl das Tal als auch die Kliniken und Morgenstelle sind hervorragend angeschlossen. Gleich gegenüber der Bushaltestelle gibt es zwei Supermärkte. Und nur drei Minuten entfernt liegt das Kuckuck, eine studentische Bar, wenn man mal abends noch weggehen möchte :).
The apartment is very well connected to public transport, buses run regularly and the bus stop is a three minute walk away. The university is only 10 minutes away by bus, the valley (Tübingen city) as well as the clinics and the Morgenstelle are well connected. Opposite to the bus station there are two supermarkets. And only three minutes away is the Kukuck, a student bar if you want to go out in the evening :).
In der WG wohnen zur Zeit noch vier weitere, sehr nette Mitbewohner, Studenten und Studentinnen aus verschiedenen Ländern. In der Küche trifft man sich, wenn man Lust und Zeit hat, und kann ein Schwätzchen halten oder gemeinsam essen.
At the moment there are four other very nice flatmates, students from different countries living in the WG. In the kitchen you meet when you feel like it and you can have a chat or eat together.
Insgesamt sind wir einen sehr saubere WG. Putzmittel und Besen werden vom Wohnheim gestellt und nach einem Putzplan ist man alle 3 Wochen zu zweit mit Putzen eingeteilt. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner gibt es im Keller, die man mit dem Studentenausweis bezahlen kann.
Altogether we are a very clean WG. Cleaning materials and brooms are provided by the dormitory and according to a cleaning plan we are divided into two people every 3 weeks. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement, which you can pay with your student card.
