Dein Zimmer
Dein schönes helles Zimmer liegt auf der linken Seite der Wohnung und überblickt den Norden von Uster, wo die Sonne aufgeht.
Das Zimmer besitzt einen eigenen Balkon und ist mit elektronisch gesteuerten Storen ausgestattet. Das Zimmer hat eine Fläche von 13.2 m^2. Der Keller kann zur hälfte genutzt werden und ein Parkplatz kann ebenfalls dazu gemietet werden.

Attika Wohnung im 11. Stock, atemberaubende Aussicht über Uster (Seesicht), direkt eine Gehminute von Bahnhof Uster.
Für diese wunderschöne Wohnung suche ich einen Nachmieter, da mein Mitbewohner nach seinem Sprachaufenthalt wieder auszieht.

Die ganze Wohnung (101m^2) ist mit einem hellen Parkettboden ausgelegt und hat einen neuen Baustandard, sowie eine eigene Loggia mit schönem dunklem Steinboden. Zudem gibt es zwei Badezimmer, wovon eines mit eigener Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet ist.

Ausstattung
Die Wohnung ist bereits komplett möbliert und besitzt viele Extras wie Klimaanlagen oder automatische Saug- und Wischroboter. Somit muss auch weniger Hausarbeit gemacht werden ;)
Hierbei können wir die Wohnung aber gerne auch zusammen neu möblieren oder Änderungen zusammen besprechen.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet alles von Reiskocher über TV bis hin zu Pfannen und Töpfen.

In der Mitte haben wir eine provisorische Wand hingestellt, welche wieder entfernt werden kann.

Du kannst alle Wohnräume inkl. schöner Loggia zu gleichen Teilen nutzen.

Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich eine Gehminute zum Uster Bahnhof. In 11 min bist du am Stadelhofen oder in 15 min am Zürich HB. Mit dem Velo oder Bus bist du in 5 min am Greifensee, wo du an heissen Sommertagen dich abkühlen kannst.
Viele EInkaufsmöglichkeiten, viel Natur und doch Stadt-Gefühl, das findest du in Uster.

Direkt neben der Wohnung hat es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für fast alles, ein Auto wird hier nur selten benötigt. Der Coop am Bahnhof hat jeden Tag bis 22:00 geöffnet und der McDonalds direkt nebenan hat gefühlt immer offen.

Wer bin ich?
Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner Jan (25) studiert Betriebsökonomie und arbeitet bei einer Bank.
Ich arbeite viel, mache Sport sowie Fitness und bin meist erst spät zuhause sowie am Wochenende viel unterwegs. Du siehst mich wahrscheinlich meist beim Kochen. Hierbei bin ich ziemlich gut, wurde mir gesagt. Ich lege viel Wert auf Hygiene und veranstalte wegen den Nachbarn auch keine Partys zuhause. Ich bin offen, die Wohnung anders zu gestalten.

Ich suche:
Du solltest zwischen 21 und 30 Jahre alt sein. Einer Arbeit nachgehen oder sonstiges Einkommen haben.
Ob männlich oder weiblich spielt keine Rolle. Hauptsache du bist ordentlich und legst Wert auf Hygiene.
Es soll keine Zweck WG sein. Schlussendlich muss es passen, um auch den Haushalt zu koordinieren.
Nebst den normalen Hausregeln gibt es keine WG-Treffen oder Sonstiges und wir können uns meist auch problemlos aus dem Weg gehen.

Kosten
Im Mietpreis sind Anzahlugen für die Nebenkosten bereits enthalten.
Die Jahresabrechnung war in der Vergangenheit aber stets ca. 1500 CHF höher pro Jahr.
1500 CHF / 12 Monate / 2 Personen = Um die 70 CHF.
Zur Miete kommen also monatlich noch ca. 70 CHF pro Person dazu.
Auch Strom und sonstige Kosten für Wlan oder Abfall sind nicht enhalten.
Total kostet die Wohnung ca. 1590 pro Monat.

Your Room
Your lovely, bright room is located on the left side of the apartment, overlooking the north of Uster where the sun rises. The room has its own balcony and is equipped with electronically controlled shutters. The room has an area of 13.2 m^2. The cellar can be used to half its capacity, and a parking space can also be rented additionally.

Apartment
Penthouse apartment on the 11th floor, breathtaking views over Uster (lake view), just a minute's walk from Uster train station.
I am looking for a new tenant for this beautiful apartment as my roommate is moving out after his language stay.

The entire apartment (101m^2) is laid with bright parquet flooring and has a new construction standard, as well as its own loggia with beautiful dark stone flooring. Additionally, there are two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with its own washing machine and dryer.

Equipment
The apartment is already fully furnished and has many extras like air conditioning or automatic vacuum and mopping robots. Therefore, less housework needs to be done ;) We can gladly furnish the apartment anew together or discuss changes together. The apartment is fully equipped, offering everything from rice cooker to TV to pans and pots.

You can use all living areas including the beautiful loggia equally.

Location
The apartment is a minute's walk to Uster train station. In 11 minutes you are at Stadelhofen or in 15 minutes at Zurich HB. By bike or bus, you are at Greifensee in 5 minutes, where you can cool off on hot summer days.
Many shopping opportunities, a lot of nature, and yet a city-feeling, you will find in Uster.

Right next to the apartment, there are various shopping opportunities for almost everything, a car is rarely needed here. The Coop at the train station is open every day until 10:00 PM and the McDonald's right next door seems to be always open.

Who am I?
Your future roommate Jan (25) is studying business economics and works at a bank.
I work a lot, do sports and fitness, and am usually home late and often out on weekends. You will probably mostly see me while cooking. I am quite good at it, I've been told. I value hygiene and due to neighbors, I do not host parties at home. I am open to redesigning the apartment.

I am looking for:
You should be between 21 and 30 years old. Have a job or other income. Whether male or female doesn't matter. The main thing is that you are neat and value hygiene. It should not only be a purpose-shared flat. In the end, it has to fit to coordinate the household. Besides the normal house rules, there are no flat-sharing meetings or anything else and we can usually easily avoid each other.

Cost
Deposits for additional costs are already included in the rental price.
In the past, however, the annual billing was always around 1,500 CHF higher per year. 1500 CHF / 12 months / 2 persons = Around 70 CHF.
This means that around 70 CHF per person per month is added to the rent.
Electricity and other costs for WiFi or waste are also not included.
In total, the apartment costs around 1590 per month with everything.
