Die Erdgeschosswohnung liegt in einem Zweifamilienhaus und besteht aus 3 Zimmern, einer Küche, einem Bad und zwei Gärten. Das möblierte Zimmer ist 20 m² groß. Dank großen Fenstern ist das Zimmer schön hell.
Die Küche ist geräumig (Vorratskammer) und voll ausgestattet. Koch-Utensilien können von allen Bewohner*innen benutzt werden. Von dort aus gelangt man direkt zu der Terrasse und zum Garten.
Der große Garten fasst über 700 m² und darf für gemeinschaftlichen Aktivitäten wie Grillfeste oder individuelle Entspannung genutzt werden. Da der Garten aus zwei Teilen besteht, kann man trotzdem seine Privatsphäre genießen.
Anlegen und bepflanzen von Beet, Gemüse oder Kräutern ist auch möglich. Außerdem gibt es einen kostenfreien Parkplatz sowie einen geräumigen Kellerraum zum Wäschetrocknen und das Abstellen von Fahrrädern.

The ground floor flat is located in a two-family house and consists of 3 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and two gardens. The furnished room is 16 m². Thanks to large windows, the room is nice and bright.
The kitchen is spacious (pantry) and fully equipped. Cooking utensils can be used by all residents. From there, you have direct access to the terrace and the garden.
The large garden covers over 700 m² and may be used for communal activities such as barbecues or individual relaxation. Since the garden consists of two parts, you can still enjoy your privacy.
Planting and cultivating beds, vegetables or herbs is also possible. In addition, there is a free parking space and a spacious cellar room for drying laundry and storing bicycles.
Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem gefragten Wohngebiet. Die Umgebung ist es sehr schön, man befindet sich mitten im Grünen – ein idealer Ort zum Spazierengehen. Der Ahnepark ist gleich um die Ecke.
Fußläufig ist ein Edeka, eine Bäckerei, eine Apotheke und eine Bankfiliale innerhalb von 4-5 Minuten zu erreichen. Netto und Lidl sind auch unmittelbar in der Nähe.
Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder mit PKW ist man ziemlich schnell in der Kassler Innenstadt (15 min Fahrtzeit).
Der Bahnhof Obervellmar ist fussläufig in etwa 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Jede 10 min fährt ein Tram oder der Bus 44 in Richtung Kassel und hält direkt am Hopla (Universität Kassel).

The flat is located in a sought-after residential area. The surroundings are very nice, you are in the middle of greenery - an ideal place to go for a walk. The Ahnepark is just around the corner.
An Edeka, a bakery, a pharmacy and a bank branch can be reached on foot within 4-5 minutes. Netto and Lidl are also directly nearby.
By public transport or by car, you can reach Kassel city centre fairly quickly (15 min drive).
The Obervellmar train station is about 5 minutes' walk away. A tram or bus 44 leaves every 10 minutes in the direction of Kassel and stops directly at Hopla (Kassel University).
Da sich die WG gerade in der Gründung befindet, hoffe ich, dass das Zusammenleben in dieser WG harmonisch und friedlich sein wird.
