For working reasons I am leaving my single room from FEBRUARY/MARCH in apartment close to University (Departments of Psychology, Engineering, Biology, Medicine, Physics, Maths and Chemistry are very close - 10 minutes walking) and 20 minutes walking from the city center. 4 single room (2 boys, 1 girl + free room), 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 balconies (one for smokers), washing machine, internet, bike park and car park! The rent is only 252,75 euros + electricity, water and gas bills, the room is huge and very quiet! Beautiful residential surrounding close to supermarkets and shops. That's a good option for erasmus students coming from february/march to june/september!

Notice: We are looking to find someone who is keen to be "resident" in the house, that just mean that you declare that you are permanently living here from date x to date y and you don't need to change your main residence in your country, just keep both (that's for an agreement with the landlord...)
