ich suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in zum 01. Januar. (ggf. auch etwas früher bei Bedarf)
Vermietet wird ein Zimmer, welches (teil)möbeliert ist und circa 25m² hat.
Küche und Bad sind von mir komplett ausgestattet inkl. Möbel, Elektrogeräte, Kochutensilien, usw.
Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern, Wohnküche und ein Bad.
Direkt am Marktplatz in Weißenburg gelegen, 1. Stock, auf der von der Straße abgewandten Seite.
Es gibt einen Innenhof und eine Waschküche. Trockner und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Es ist Holzparkett verlegt.
Wohnung hat eine Gesamtfläche von >90m², die drei Zimmer sind gleichgroß.

Direkt am Marktplatz zentrali in der Stadt, Bahnhof nur 5 Gehminuten weg, super Lage.
