Ich kann ein gemütliches Single-Studentenzimmer anbieten, welches in einer Duplexeinheit liegt. Duplexeinheit bedeutet, ihr teilt Küche, Dusche und WC mit einem weiteren Bewohner, wodurch es WG ähnlich ist. Ihr habt euer eigenes abschliessbares Zimmer mit kostenlosem Strom, TV und Internet. Müllabfuhr, Wasser sind ebenso kostenlos wie die Heizung. Der Toilettenbereich wird genauso kostenlos von professionellen Putzkräften gesäubert wie die Küche und das Bad.

You will share kitchen, bath and WC with one neighbor. But you have your own lockable room with free Internet, TV, energy, heater. Water, cleaning of kitchen, toilette and shower, rubbish collection, gym, study-, music- and partyrooms are for free. You can play for free billiard, table tennis and barbecue in the yard. Of course there is a washingroom for your clothes. You can easily hang up your clothes too. We also have smoker rooms. In Ullmannstreet it's easy to connect to new people from all over the world. Your new home might be small, but the whole dorm is big. You can find fast new friends and make vienna to your city.
Die U-Bahn Station "Meidling Hauptstrasse" ist zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Man erreicht die Hauptuniversität (Schottentor) innerhalb von 30 Minuten. Natürlich kann auch der Bus genutzt werden. Es gibt die üblichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Billa, Spar bis Hofer.
U-Bahn Station "Meidling Hauptstrasse" is only 5 minutes away (by feet). You can reach the main university at Schottentor in 30 minutes. There are many shopping posibilities Like Billa, Spar or Hofer.
Oben drauf gibt es kostenlos ein Fitnessstudio, diverse Studienräume, Musikräume und natürlich auch einen Dancefloor. Im Innenhof wird gegrillt und im Eingangsbereich Billard sowie Tischtennis gespielt. Es gibt einen Waschraum indem ihr eure Wäsche waschen und aufhängen könnt. Zudem gibt es Raucherräume, wo es besonders gesellig zugeht. Da es regelmäßig Partys gibt, könnt ihr leicht Menschen aus aller Welt kennenlernen. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber das Wohnheim ist riesig. Es gibt hunderte Nachbarn bzw. Nachbarinnen unter einem Dach, die schnell deine Freunde bzw. Freundinnen sein können.

Die einzigen Voraussetzungen für den Einzug sind, dass ihr ordentlich eingeschriebener Student in Wien seid, sowie eure Liquidität bzw. Bonität nachweisen könnt. Ihr könnt ab sofort und jederzeit einziehen oder eine Besichtigung vereinbaren. Möglich ist auch ein späterer Zeitpunkt, z.B. ab 01.03.19. Aber früher geht immer und ist absolut willkommen!

You just need to be a male student with monetary liquidity and ready to move in as soon as possible. You can move in immediately (01.03.19 is also possible but earlier ist perfect too)
